Busy but as per normal the staff, all of them brilliant. Always willing to go that one stage further and help out. Well done them. Well bearing in mind I wrote the above last year and having been a loyal customer for years today's visit was a disaster. Shop was busy..only one person on the tills. Shocking. Lady worked off her feet. Whoever was in charge should feel ashamed. When asked where staff were was told "out the back".When pushed another member of staff appeared. We all know the pressure that shop staff are under with Covid etc etc, but today's visit has left a really bad taste. Not good enough. Leaving one person on shop floor with no security should not happen. Unsafe for her and customers.

Been shopping here for decades. Lovely store. Go next door to Lidl for veg tho. Kosher vegan ice cream and vegan wine a huge plus. Gluten free pasta etc. And wide range of newspapers.

My Partner loves the bottles of Coop Ale brewed in Manchester, unfortunately unable to purchase them at the Coop in Beacon Park, the Coop in Peverel or the Coop at Mutley Plain in Plymouth, yet according to a member of your staff we should be able to purchase them from any Coop, but at least Coop in Wolseley Road stock them so please 😀👍keep on doing so thanks

Big shop friendly staff but very expensive place to shop. Only good thing is that when your at the till say the words it's coming home to get 15% off your shopping

Only went to the cashpoint lol. Was ok, standard screen size, not a fandabbydozey touchscreen one though. It was a bit slow but I wasn't in a rush. It gave me the right amount of cash and I was pleased that it offered me other options such as check balance etc. Wish I had one in my hallway.

I popped in today 02/12/20 as I was looking for a certain type of red wine and a absolutely lovely guy called Martin helped me pick the right one. His knowledge was on par just what you need when you are not a wine connoisseur and are buying it as a gift Thank you Martin I will endeavor to consult you when I need to buy other wines Kind regards Tracey wheeler

Great shop, i cannot praise the staff highly enough. Always helpful and polite. Fantastic everyday reductions.. BUT, the recently installed self service tills are a total disaster. They ALWAYS require assistance, and assistance is ALWAYS slow and often none existant.

Good useful clean store with all basic needs and some interesting special diet extras. They often have cheap bargain packs of fruit vegetables meat and fish in the evenings. A good sized car park too

I've never had any issues with anything I've bought from this Co-op branch, the staff always seem reasonably friendly and will mostly always ask for my Co-op card to earn or spend my points, if I was to be picky about this shop however, I'd suggest that the kiosk staff get extra support when needed (and it is very often busy at this till point) but more times than not the staff have to request around 3 times on the speaker before someone actually comes along leaving the younger staff fending for themselves whilst the older hands are facing up the shelves. This is only a small gripe though but one that perhaps could be addressed.

Conveniently and competitively situated on the main Wolseley Road next to Lidl and containing a large and well used Post Office counter. Good variety of groceries..well staffed for quick checkouts. Hot foods and sandwich snacks bar. Large car park. Also handy for Wolseley Trust meeting rooms, Nursery, Businesses units & Dentist.
