My visit today was made special due to the great customer service I got from Michelle, I found a deal online which she matched perfectly in store to the item. Michelle took for time to show me each product and even took me over to the gift bags to match each bottle I had selected. Saving me time an money while in store. Made me feel welcome in store an made my visit that much more relaxed as I suffer with anxiety. So wanted to say thank you. I did mention this to the store manager too. And completed your online survey. Cheers.

Some great food and always great quality. Can be a little on the expensive side so worth shopping around to check.

Store is well stocked, staff and nice and polite. Also they seem to follow the COVID guidelines a bit better than other stores in the area. The only issue is parking or lack of. Shame the other units can’t let customers use there car parks. Other than that the store itself is very good and well worth popping in.

Best place to purchase any desserts and ice creams. The store is huge and the best dessert in here is chocolate puddings😍. We get 2 puddings for £2 and it tastes awesome👌🏼. Try it when you go to M&S and thank me later😉. You will continue to buy this chocolate puddings again and again😂😂. The parking lot is always busy in the evening time. M&S has the best quality food products.

Great M and S food hall. I go here most weeks to do my food shop. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They are usually well stocked. Evenings tend to be quiet. Not many parking spaces but you can park in B and Q and walk across.

Stand-alone food-hall situated on a retail park some 20 minutes drive from central Plymouth, towards Tavistock. Store parking rather restricted in numbers but there is the B&Q store a short walk away. Instore is a little cramped in places but the offer is fairly wide-reaching with the exception of spirits and household. Fresh offer very good - produce always looks decent. beer a bit safe, quiet a lot of fizzy drinks. Not a 'weekly shop' sort of store but they've tried to cover most bases including frozen and freshly-baked bread. Mask-wearing was scant - 25% bothering, if that - that includes the staff, some not bothered about it, some were. Relatively stress free if you aim for early afternoon before schools empty or pre-lunchtime. Most staff courteous but better sanitising at the door would be welcome - there's an unmanned old cleaner's trolley outside with sprays but no hand-gel on it.

Always immaculately clean and well stocked with delicious M&S food. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can also collect and return M&S online orders ffom this store.

Handy to have so close by. The store itself is small but well stocked. The biggest downside is that the dedicated parking is also very small and is often full resulting in having to use the nearby B&Q parking. Not a massive hindrance but worth noting.

We often go to M&S Simply Food at Crownhill as the parking is good. With the Sparks card we had a voucher for £2 off £15. Unfortunately, for the second time the taramasalata we bought had the consistency of a thin soup and fell off the pitta bread when it was put on. It was quite disgusting. We bought some ready meals which as usual were of high quality.

Food very good, range is quite small if you have ever been in their larger food stores. Handy location. 75% of the time the car park is inaccessible due to it being so small and taken up by people with huge Chelsea tractors!

It's an M&S - so you know what you're going to get. However, it has one the worse parking arrangements ever devised. Tiny carpark that gets completely blocked by goods deliveries and the proceeds to jam up the entire junction into b&q. Parking in b&q is easier - but there's no pavement or pedestrian crossing to get to m&s.

Okay for everything apart from fresh bakery items. Multiple times now have been sold stale old baked goods ie. muffins and rolls, paid full price and then all needed throwing away, really not good.

Nearest M&S. Parking can be difficult at peak times as only a small car park. But ok early today. No cheese bread today which was one of the 2 reasons I went there.

Parking can be an issue here, there is the ability to park in the KFC and B&Q car parks however there are signs in the KFC one warning you not to. The store however is excellent, clean, well stocked and with friendly staff.

Perfect little shop but getting in here is tuff thanks to the single point entry exit into the retail park. The retail park needs another entry/exit point to help ease congestion.

On arriving at the store in Plymouth they were very helpful in finding a wheelchair for my friend we then proceed to do the shopping we were assisted buy very happy staff the store was looking very clean and tidy the veg and fruit very scrumptious cakes at the bakery and the smelling of new bread just made your mouth water it's only a small store to shame it hasn't got a coffee shop we're looking forward to the next shop

Great store for a wander, but parking is an absolute nightmare here. If you manage to park in one of the handful of spaces in the M&S car park you're luck. If you park in the B&Q car park, you run the risk of getting a ticket.
