Reviews of Morrisons
J. S.
Staff are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble but quite often shelves aren't as well stocked in the fresh produce section as they should be, and I have to go back other days to pick bits up or go to another shop. Another observation is that their aren't often enough staff on tills. I have shopped here since it's opened so it's a shame to have to write a little bit of a negative review
P. H.
Supermarket: Recently refurbished. A large fresh fruit and vegetables section.
Hot fresh cooked deli counter and excellent bakery section with nice Pasties and pies. Deli and fresh fish and butchers counters.
Excellent fresh stock with a wide variety fresh fish. Nice café. Publicly accessible toilets, Help-desk Lottery ticket, cigarettes and news bar.
Easy plentiful parking and conveniently off the A38 on Outland Road towards Plymouth's Central Park and City.

Love Morrie's on outland road, but please please give your staff at the self service areas a break. I was waiting ages for someone to verify my goods, just put two staff members on to cover that area in particular from 4 pm. They're gonna wrap their hand in if not supported properly.
A. W.
Excellent service and helpful staff, there's a great choice of quality food and drinks. Well layed out, clean and tidy and the shelves are well stacked. There were good weekend meat specials. The cafe has great lunch time menu is very good.
T.
Lots of choice but soooo expensive. Don’t get me wrong, you do clearly get quality, but the price point seems above other superstores. Staff seem friendly enough but there’s a mean looking security guard when you walk in who gives you a stare that makes you feel you’re at school again, but I guess that’s the right way to be ha ha

Great store and friendly helpful staff. Convenient and pleasant location amongst trees with a large car park, which can be very busy at certain times. Good range of products in store and as always happy with our visit to the cafe. Recommended shopping experience from our visits here.
L.
The portions at the lovely cafe have shrunk a little. Bread still wonderful. Some bonkers pricing; be wary if buying plug in air fresheners as it was a pound cheaper to buy 2 refills and a plug in for £8 than one plug in with one refill for £9. The meat looked nice but it was much more expensive than my usual trip to Lidl. I came here for leather balsam and left £100 lighter with 30 items. I recommend Lily's Promise by Lily Ebert, £5. I saw her the same day at a Holocaust memorial service streamed on YouTube. Why not combine a meal in the cafe with a stroll in the lovely secret woodland just across the zebra crossing and to the right? Or take pastrami, coleslaw, fresh vine tomatoes and a sliced cob loaf over there to pick among bluebells under a canopy of trees? Aren't we lucky to have beautiful picnic spots right under our noses?
I wish they still sold my Writing and Writers' Forum magazines as that used to bring me here more often. Candles have gone up a lot in price and the homeware section is not as well stocked, nor were there toys in stock this time.
R. M.
Good choice of foods I needed Skirt to make a stew they had plenty of it also love their large lattice pork pies. Really clean and friendly.

Good prices, lots of choice, excellent frozen section for vegetarians
B.
Free parking, gets busy at peak times. Good Morrisons we’ll equipped with a cafe, bakery, fishmongers, salad bar etc.
T. B.
The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly. Try this place even for a small snack or a coffee or a quick meal.
M. B.
I had a problem with my groceries and was helped by a very kind store manager, I failed to get his name but the 5 star review is for him alone. A credit to the Morrisons Family.
Z. S. K.
Big shop in Plymouth. Had well staked shelfs with range of different produce for all ages and tastes.
L. R.
Amazing supermarket to shop always great offers available, The Fresh Fruit, Fresh Vegetables & Salad are of Exceptional Quality. The Chilled Meats & Cheese Counter Always have Fantastic Offers & in General The Dry Goods & Tinned Goods are always on offer & The Atmosphere in General is Great, very friendly helpful staff
H. G.
Morrisons. Each store is the same. Only difference some are larger than others. Staff at the Morrisons store In outland Road in Plymouth I must say seemed a lot happier and more helpful than in other stores. Plenty of room to move around to. I am still trying to work out what good and what benefit customers get from the More Card though. Seems to me there is no benefit except providing customer sales information to the hierarchy.
R. I.
A bit busy, but good experience overall.
Nice selection on the shelves, attentive staff, self-checkout staff paying attention, smiles everywhere.
Kind of a busy parking lot as well, so I alway choose a far spot; it’s airier.
C. W.
Great place to shop for healthy food like chocolate and beer and crisps.
S. W.
Don't go there very often, cause it out of my way. But I got everything I wanted when I went, and the staff are very helpful.
j. f.
Don't like that they've taken the hand gel and trolley cleaning stations away. Will start going back to shops that have them still.
A. M.
Started shopping here for their expanding their staff discount to NHS staff; now I go out of my way to shop here even when I don't have my ID badge on me. Great work to your team in packing these food bank bags for folks like me who never know what to get. Edited to add: Incredible customer service, Fern & Austin (security mgr) spotted me and asked if I was NHS and told me about the Morrisons More App! Thanks so much.
D. P.
Love Morrison's nice wide isles. Food always fresh lovely
S. W.
Friendly staff who go above and beyond for there customers
Great selection of food and products
t. c.
Great shop. Could do with extra staff on the fresh meats counter.
D. O.
Really enjoyed shopping there this week
n. f.
Great service,High quality cars that are given quality checks .One of the best around
G. M.
Gets very busy 2 cashpoints on site as well as cafe and coffee shop, hot food available in store disabled parking available
C. J.
Good supermarket, nipped in with some staff for lunch. Had a good variety of hot and cold foods.
N. L.
Great prices. First time at Morrissons. Lots of bargains on ready meals. Also impressed with the quality. This branch has a post box, handy. Plenty parking space, a petrol station and recycling bins outside.
J. H.
Shelves were quite bare but that's just all shops at yje moment.
I. S.
Large superstore reasonable prices. Good value cafe.
C. H.
Good sized supermarket with deli and butcher counter. Fresh bread available. All the bits you need if doing the big shop. No petrol station on site FYI.
p. l.
A very good super store well laid out with a Timpson's just inside the entrance disabled parking with wide path undercover leading directly to the store two cashpoints offering free cash from multiple banks
M.
Good for produce and groceries. Difficult junction to access or get out of the car park.
g. b.
I will never use the self service again at Morrison's supermarket every time I put an item through it wasn't acknowledged I had to wait for assistance on several occasions I was in a hurry which is why I used the self service unfortunately it took twice as long and it was very frustrating
A. K.
Best supermarket steaks around and accommodating butchers of you need something special.
M. j.
Only really used this store for thair selection of alcoholic beverages but I can say that they have a rather nice range of spirits and non spirits alike at fairly reasonable prices. The rest of the store seemed well stocked and the staff I spoke to are more than willing to help out if you can't find something. The checkout staff are helpful and polite and over all I have only ever had a good experience with this store.
S. K.
Good convenient location, good selection and friendly helpful staff. Not a criticism of the shop, but have noticed customers be verbally aggressive towards staff on a number of occasions. Not ok guys
C. M.
It's ok - cafe needs a serious shake up - poor service and limited selection
S. P.
Good fresh produce, lovely spacious aisles a great shopping experience
K. K.
Great shop for sunday.lol
A. “. S.
Bit of a rollercoaster this store. One visit everything as should be then next you may have rude and abrupt staff, bakery not fully stocked and there marked down/end of date stuff not actually priced do dont know what you are payinh until you get to the till.
J. R.
Most times I get a click & collect and the staff who do it are really really good. They wear masks, place orders away from customers and stand back til customers have finished packing. Always polite, always helpful too. Great job Morrisons staff at click & collect !! 👏👏
L. L.
Lovely store but if late very depleted shelves when I asked a member of staff had they been very busy I was told can't get the staff.
The cafe is clean and tidy but have a very depleted menu ,if you are a vegetarian and have a wheat allergy there is little for you ,no jacket potatoes ,can't have egg and chips ,no gluten free bread not great ,I ended up with fried eggs beans and hash browns was hot and cooked well but not the meal I would normally choose, possibly won't visit cafe again ,before covid I would eat there with friends on many occasions during a month ,lost revenue there cos I will not be back..
C. H.
Good food, good service.plenty of parking.
m. r.
Now our favourite store , great NHS discount and easy to get to and park.
S. S.
Not a bad store, didn't have what I went in there for, fresh filled baguettes. I asked and was told they're made on site twice a week so if there's not any there then they've ran out, what, 6 empty shelves of baguettes at 09.10 in the morning, must have been a sale on them or something. Other than that, it's not a bad store with pretty much all you'll need (except baguettes, lol). That's it really, it's Morrisons!
R. B.
Lovely food at good prices!! The only bad thing I have to say is why have things ON The menu and don't serve it ....it's happened a few times where I have to order something else!!
S. S.
Social distancing measures are taking place however some of the public take no measures to safely shop.... Great products to choose from- I love the fresh fish counter. Plenty of parking space, good access by public transport.
L. T.
The lady on Customer Service was lovely, helpful, informative and very kind to me despite being verbally abused by a previous customer. Sorry I didn't get her name as she deserves recognition.
Happily surprised by the reasonable prices and variety of goods. Impressed with the large variety of Non-Alcoholic Beers, Ciders and Wines.
Well done
F. H.
Great selection, decent prices. Personally I find the fresh bakery/butchers/Deli goods the best taste quality and freshness wise out of all supermarket choices. The salad bar also boasts a great selection of salad pasta and other side accompaniments. This store has no petrol station however has a great café and toilet facilities that are well maintained by the staff regularly.
K. M. N.
I've been going to 'my' Morrison's in Outland Road since it opened, which must have been more than 20 years ago. I can truly say that I've never been disappointed!
Good food & wine, the best fishmonger & butcher in Plymouth, & the friendliest & most helpful staff you could wish for.
Thanks to all at Outland Road Morrison's!
C. P.
Clean friendly staff but prices are increasing
A. B.
Difficult to find things in the store, especially as I don't visit here very much
D. C.
Very good service. Food was lovely. Has definitely improved. Well worth a visit.
M. H.
This Morrisons has been a lifeline over Lockdown(s), always well stocked and I’ve only ever had to queue once (4pm on a Friday so not a surprise). Only ever used the self service tills, but again have rarely ever needed to queue for them. Great job Morrisons and thank you.
C. D.
Nice staff and we went to the cafe after where the food was a good price for what it is and was cooked fast. Was nice
S. B.
Good selection of products. Found all we wanted.
N. N.
Favourite place for some of the shopping. Brilliant selection and service.
G. D.
Always go there , great staff
K.
Morrisons always has a good selection and good choice. Item rotation can sometimes be very lack luster with out of date products still being displayed. Also the lack of social distancing is bad but this is not specifically the fault of the store just be aware. Overall worth visiting
D. L.
Had things that Tesco never have. Probably change my allegiance.
A. L.
Always a pleasure visiting this store. It was loverly and cool compared to the temperature outside. Their products are sensibly and affordable priced. Well done Morrisons.
A. G.
Love this place,
We stayed for a two week break. First week we spent in the bakery section. Very hot all day with lots to do.The second week we went south down to the freezer cabinets.
Although cold, we had a great time throwing ice balls.
Would deff recommend.
I. B.
Only went to pick up a patto set for a friend
O. S.
Big supermarket. Easily assessible.
D. J.
Great staff... food is good... but always understaffed and a lot on the menu isn't actually available! Poorly run by the higher up staff!
J. D.
Oops came out with fresh cream cake again naughty.
M. S.
This is only a small morrisons so don't expect to get everything you need in one shop. Although the fruit and veg and bakery is typically brilliant.
d. b.
Ideallocaion
Spirits on offer can't be beat anywhere
S. W.
Not bad for quick shop
s. P.
Good price and good helpful staff
G. J.
Wide selection of goods.
Competitive prices.
M. K.
Plenty of parking spaces, plenty of stock, always helpful and very handy for me, a five minute drive.. slightly more expensive than Asda, but the difference in quality justifies this.
C. L.
Good shop tanoy is very loud
J. J.
Was easy to get around and to queue up fast service
P. W.
Very well run this one, the only store I know still monitoring the amount of customers in it and not a free for all. It does have one fault as do all the Morrison's I've been in, the cafe's staff don't care if you fill in a track and trace form and nor to their management. I was told it's up to you.. this is totally irresponsible.
P. S.
Morrisons, love it. The staff very friendly.
D. F.
I attended the Plymouth Outland Road Supermarket. There were no baskets on entering. I asked an Assistant where they were and was told to go to a till. It would have been helpful if the Assistant had gone to get you a basket or at least have a supply at the entrance.
L. R.
Can find most things you need here
G. M.
Good covid measures helpful staff, good range of food to go.
S. C.
Good supermarket with fresh fish monger and butcher. Even though its a smallish store it packs plenty in. The cafe serves a lovely breakfast.
P. T.
Good Covid secure procedures. Quite quiet in the store today, but a bizarrely long wait at the checkout.
How things have changed. 01-04-21
Horrifying , to many people in the store and to many people with a total disregard for distancing and care of people around them. Scary times. Not even joking .😷
F. I.
Lovely food, good price, could do with better customer service though.
T. T.
Quick and tasty. Staff very professional and attentive. Excellent for what it is. A cheap, clean taste food. Well done .
P. H.
Popped in for an all day breakfast. Was pretty good value for money and would go there again
B. Z.
Good variety of items, seems well staff.
D. G.
Do most of our shopping here. Usually plenty of decent offers available. Self-service till continually flashes but the lady assistant is very attentive and helpful. Plenty of available self-service tills today Wednesday at 10:30.
G. A.
Choice, variety, value for your money, big and a welcoming place to spend your hard-earned money.
L. S.
Always seems really busy but nobody is really shopping - weird place! Friendly staff though
E. W.
Nice place for a breakfast or dinner and quite reasonably priced too.
I would definitely recommend it.
K. G.
I have always been a regular shopper at morrisons Outland rd Plymouth for a long time now, & since the start of the pandemic its come down really bad,it doesn't seem as clean as it use to be ,& looks really untidy all the time, ie delivery trolleys not empty & delivery just dropped anywhere,so makes it hard to social distance, I know epidemic is not nice but come on morrisons standard should continued to be maintained.
R. M.
Got a chocolate chip mega loaf cake. Already eaten most of it. I think the slogan for the cake should be "you can't diabet-us on quality!"
W. K.
One of the best supermarkets in my opinion, very affordable and there's so much to choose from
D. D.
Good food I guess & reasonably priced but wish it was served up hotter
M. H.
Lovely food at reasonable prices. Cafe worker, Stacey, went out of her way to help us
s. p.
Much better experience now that it has been upgraded. Very fast service and friendly staff.
K. L.
In common with other supermarkets at the moment, there is no paper/card bin at the recycling point at the moment. The store itself is very user friendly and the staff are pleasant and helpful. I was just in time for the reduced pasties, and they were very nice.
M. W.
Rather a busy little cafe, superb food though and cuppa wasn't bad either.
K. N.
For once the service was good, the food was good, hasn't been like that in a long time
B. N.
I like the way of ordering on the machine and the food is nice and hot and you can just sit down and relax , will go back
W. W.
Popped in for a coffee its changed alot since I last went in very nice and had lots of options of food and drink and had some good deals staff are friendly would go back in again. Had plenty of seating and tables so didn't feel squished so relaxing.
P. D.
Well placed store for me as it's a few minutes away. Plenty of parking at this store. It does get very busy at times. Generally got most of what you need. And also reasonably priced. The do have a lot of good deals going on also. I find the staff to be quite helpful and pleasant. They also have a little cafe area there where you can have a drink or meal. All in all a good place to shop.
G. W.
I dont like the cafe or food in Morrisons, and dont like paying for free food for kids,as someone pays for it and it is other customers who are also get fed up with cry and screeming brats.
M.
They have made numerous changes to help prevent the spread of covid to keep the customers and staff safe. Only one concern is when collecting my basket there have been occasions when there was no sanitiser or wipes present at the entrance. Rectified now with a new stand providing wipes and a sanitiser dispenser.
B. F.
Very busy and stock was dwindling down to the time of year
D. M.
Dave who works in the butchers/ fish part of the store is very friendly. He notice we were buying reduced items, after shopping around the rest of the shop we bumped into him again and he said he 'had been looking for us because he had reduced burgers down to 15p'. We were very impressed that he remembered us and he thanked us as well.
G. L.
Very easy experience. Plenty of parking space and easy to navigate the store. In and out in no time at all.
T. F.
First time shopping here since lockdown. People not social distancing, glad we were wearing masks. Not using handgel provided on entering shop. No clear signposting for exits, signs on outside of the door !
On the plus side most things that we needed. Thank you.
M. W. C.
Very good food with a short waiting time. Nice cool cafe!
d. s.
A very ordinary supermarket cafe that serves reasonable food and drink, as do most other supermarkets!
Clean and tidy, with friendly and helpful staff in attendance. Nothing spectacular.
H. W.
This store has recently undergone a refit which isn't finished.
Whilst the fruit and veg dept is much better the rest of the store is dismal and not at all user friendly. The aisles are very long, so if you forget something it's a massive trek to find the produce you need. It feels like the 'budget' supermarkets used to feel before they were updated.
Although this is the closest supermarket to my home, and convenient on the way home from work, it will no longer be my shop of choice.
E.
I'm sure I've mentioned this place before but just in case I haven't, great place for a breakfast.
m. k.
Lovely cafe. Nice food, friendly helpful staff
L. A.
"Fresh" fruit and veg only had 2 days left on use by date and due to freezers being broke, there was no frozen veg. Shelves are never stocked up and not enough ordered. Used to be my regular shop but the past year has been dysfunctional.
A. N.
Very nice food pleasant staff,
t. g. s. f.
Really nice, clean and good service, the restaurant manager was awesome
C. H.
Nice food friendly staff
M. D. L.
Great store. Not too big but not too small. They've got key services, laundry dry cleaning and a small cafe as well.
M. M.
Food amazing as always. Be careful with the breakfast. A small is more than ample for most appetites.
a. a.
Nice staff, good environment
J. P.
Staff seem to be on the ball with social distancing and other aspects of covid, also Friendly and efficient, shelves well stocked. However a large proportion of customers seem to have forgotten about social distancing etc.
D. T.
Brilliant shop and the best for meat joints..
H. L.
We were in Plymouth on business and decided to have breakfast at the cafe. The breakfast was superb and the cafe Manager and his colleague were very welcoming and helped us with directions to the best car park.
Very good service and a great start to our day.
p. T.
Morrison's near Outland Road has been refurbished with a new layout of produce. The entrance extended to keep shoppers protected from the wind, snow and rain; and a larger range of kitchen equipment, small appliances, and clothing. However, the aisles are narrower, crowds funnel in and swarm at the chilled fridges, presenting difficulty to customers in wheelchair's and other necessary aids. On the plus side, staff have been much more polite and happy.
M. B.
Good and convenient supermarket to shop with babies. It has parental parking, car seat trolleys, baby trolleys (I have never use them as they're a bit dirty). I just miss the scan shop you can find at other supermarkets like tesco or sainsburys
S. T.
A nice place to shop. Shelves aren't empty, food is good quality staff are friendly and helpful and there's always room in the car park. Sometimes it can be quite busy though.
J. S.
Staff are very polite and helpful i go there every week because I live on my own there are alot of food for 1 person which is useful for me x
P. L.
Only popped in for a coffee & the service was great, polite & friendly staff 😀
G. S.
Great store with friendly staff
J. J.
Not commenting on anything else besides the food since all the other aspects are perfectly fine as they are but the quality of the cooking could use some improvements.
N. P.
Good store that always has good offers. Quality fresh meat available. Has a nice cafe that offers kids eat free. Disabled parking, child parking available. Cash machine available. Toilets, baby change, disabled toilet provided. Photo printing machine. Parcel collect point. Self service available. Can get quite busy at times. Hot pasties and pies available in store. Coffee to go machine available.
C. F.
Had a sandwich and coffee which was really good. Service was good. Recommend it.
A. P.
Felt safe and welcome went through self serve both assistants were helpful and polite one Male one female shop staff do not get enough praise in this difficult time well dine .
P. G.
Very untidy place to shop late at night. Always seem to have empty box material scattered around and shelves are always very untidely left.
Could do with better organisation.
V. B.
It's a lovely place to shop, EV charging is a blessing on top of the offerings..
m. e.
Very tidy and clean lots of parking excellent products at a very competitive prices staff are helpful and friendly. Well worth getting the weekly shop there and ideal for the odds and ends, always plenty of tills open and plenty of self service tills also... The cafe is reasonably priced for a all round menu and drinks
M. S.
Since the store re-vamp it's a bit overcrowded and the products don't seem to be in a logical order. Also, the doors will not allow two trolleys to pass through at once (too narrow) and you have to traipse around the car park to get a trolley.
P. E.
Nice staff working there
J. H.
Busy at Sunday lunchtime, as usual. The self service queue was the whole length of an aisle, but only took 5 minutes.
J.
Need more floor staff because if you need something you have to wonder the shop to try and find someone who is from the right department to help you. Staff that are there though are polite. Also the freezers are always broken... so you go to buy something and you cant because the whole frozen chicken and meat Isle is broken and they haven't stocked it anywhere else in the shop and no signs?
T. W.
Can someone tell me when to shop as most times I go the shelves are empty?. Update once again on Friday 23rd November 1130 hrs empty shelves and bags to put loose veg/fruit etc in lacking. Someone really needs to pull their finger out and sort this all out.
M. W.
Good range, good fruit and vegetables, management and staff service mostly ok but lacking too frequently to ignore.
P. M.
Good food for a bargain price. Lovely modern space with plenty of seating for everyone. No queuing just order from the touchscreen.
P. C.
Good prices good opening hours
S. L.
Great new area. Food as expected. However, Coffee a disappointment a proper machine would make all the difference.
K. T.
Just stopped off on my way home frm work to buy some peach flavoured sparkling water & warburton fruit tea cakes
S. F.
Nice low prices. Aisles are a bit narrow and you can easily bump into people going around corners. Bakery section a bit scarce on the cake department. Pharmacy section usually understocked. Nice and convenient though.
d. c.
Excellent food good value for money
C. C.
Great staff and plenty of stock.
D. S.
Great food and staff ad well
d. e.
Nice wide aisles if on scooter or wheelchair, the staff are helpfull, plenty of choices to buy although approach to the checkouts a bit confusing and I've been shopping there since they opened
J. B.
Always a good visit but get there early if you want sandwiches as they are popular. The chips are also a nice addition.
L. C.
Excellent variety of products to choose from ,staff really helpful and friendly .
M. I.
Good, cheap food, served relatively quickly.
F. E.
It's good value but the quality varies a lot and regularly out of lots of options. As long as your not a picky eater or have dietary issues it's good otherwise it can be a little hit or miss.
M. M.
It's really difficult to find what you are looking for since they redesigned the shop. But otherwise it's clean, reasonably well stocked, average prices, plenty of parking. And very convenient on the way home from work
l.
Much preferred it prior to the update! May be bigger but the shelves are emptier.
The meat cabinet as you round the corner from fruit and veg is a pain. Especially so at this time of year as the party food is on the end!!
Don't know who designed the foyer, like a bottle neck now its closed in. As for the pedestrian crossing! Can't see anyone as they exit until they jump in front of you!!
I will continue to shop here as it is convenient but feel I will be doing much more of my bulk buys at other "foreign" stores.
P. h.
Had lunch here prior to to hospital appointment Wednesday 24th April. What a lovely bunch of ladies, can’t thank them enough for their kindness and good wishes. They went above and beyond for total customer satisfaction. Thank you ladies 👍🤗😘
M. V.
Very friendly staff, delicious food.
L. C.
Good variety of goods at reasonable prices. Efficient staff. Clean washroom facilities.

Nice and quiet, knly had a few bits and pieces to get. Didn't have what I wanted at the moment but then it was early this morning.

Morrisons is a great supermarket, just off of Outland Road. There is a cafe located inside, and a free car park located outside. There is also toilets and polite staff. It's a great place to stop off for something to eat on your way into Plymouth, as the cafe's food is delicious and fortunately, edible! A great place for grocery and clothes shopping, too! 😁
N. T.
Extremely good value probably because they use their own products clean and tidy tables cleaned quickly
n. w.
Strange set up. Do your shopping and want to get flowers and have to go back out to the foray or get them first thing use to seeing flowers inside actual store.
L. B.
It's always a good place to visit to buy all those items that Aldi & Lidl don't stock. Friendly staff, wide ranges, good layout, lots of fresh food, busy bakery, hot food, clean store, ample car parking.
l. (.
Great meat and fish and deli counters! Cheap veg Too! Especially when reduced!
T. B.
Most customers still wearing masks. Shelves all well stocked
A.
A good shop. Found most of what I was looking for. Needs more tills open though. They let it get far to busy
e. e.
All you want in one helpful place

🙂
D. E.
Had tea and a bun. Very good. Nice clean, friendly cafe.
J. V.
Clean friendly and the food was well cooked.
J. M.
Love their bakery
S. B.
The hot counter marks the pies & such half price at 6pm. I like some of the unique items & wine they offer but know your prices & the layout sucks.
K. L.
All good till you try to pay. You stand in queue for 10 minutes then when you are at the front THEN they call more till operators.
Drives me wild.
N. R.
Refurbishment is great and staff yesterday particularly the lady on fresh bakery were extremely helpful on 15.11.17
I wasnt a fan of the store previously and preferred other supermarkets!!
I'll be going back regularly in the future.
E.
So honest! I lost my expensive engagement ring here. They kept it and helped me so much. Special thanks to Kelvin on the desk. Lovely lovely staff.
L. R.
Nice n clean plus all shelves full of products
S. B.
The staff here are great, however the unwashed grey tracksuit, neck tattooed Janner customers are the reason why I shop at the bigger Plymstock store.
S. R.
Free from range is cheap and very good
O. L.
Still pretty full shelfs good parking helpful staff
A. S.
Love Morrissons but the guy on the till was to fast for my elderly mother so had to pack bags in trolly outside and was rude when asking her why she put her card in payment machine.
V. S.
Excellent Morrisons. Hand sanitiser stations around the shop. Super range of groceries and home supplies. Extremely friendly and helpful cashier.
J. M.
Always seem to be stocking shelfs as I always seem to be asking for produce from the back. Salad bar just being put out at 09:45 in the morning. Sandwiches and baguettes rare before 10:00 am.
B. A.
Still dirty cutlery & Crockery. But otherwise, overall, quite good. I go each week.
S.
This Morrison's is quite small. As a result the selection of food is more limited compared to other supermarkets.
Extra services such as petrol station etc are not available. The car park is reasonably small.
The supermarket is easy to get to as it is on a main route in Plymouth.
S. R.
Not too busy first thing, but soon gets busier with the commuter and school runs
C. M.
Getting in and out of the car park can be a pain, it's badly designed exit traps you from leaving. The store itself is about the right size if your doing a large weekly shop, unlike others that make you walk a marathon up and down the store.
N. F.
Great supermarket with free parking. Cash machine near the entrance.
Fresh fruit and veg daily with a huge selection. I really like the bakery, with so much to choose from.
M. L.
I go to morrisons because I really like the shop, but I go there because of morrisons own extra strong tea bags they are the best I have ever had, I love tarley tea but you can not beat morrisons extra strong tea bags.
P. G.
Some staff are unnecessarily unfriendly. But great value none the less
J. D.
Bought 2 French trimmed racks of lamb, from the butcher, yesterday for a Jamie Oliver recipe of crusted lamb - excellent quality meat and excellent value thank you- when I cook this recipe again I will definitely order from Morrison’s butcher
B. W.
Much better shopping experience now the shelves and customer asiles have been sorted
T. R.
Well laid out store , staff are usually helpful and friendly
R. F.

Slow when busy but food is good for the price
J. J.
You can now order on a machine but card only although good idea. I ordered at the desk and a very helpful girl took my order. I got my coffee and didn't have to wait long for my egg and bacon roll, very nice too. Service seems to be better now and coffee machines both working.
R. a. P. a. P. P.
Good value products. Lovely wide aisles. Don't have to wait long at checkouts.
C. S.
I have been searching for dove pro age shampoo and conditioner. The stores seem to have stopped selling it. Found it in Morrisons. Very happy person
M. D.

C. W.
Just love the wide isles and the great prices.
S. B.
The hot counter marks the pies & such half price at 6pm. I like some of the unique items & wine they offer but know your prices & the layout sucks.

So honest! I lost my expensive engagement ring here. They kept it and helped me so much. Special thanks to Kelvin on the desk. Lovely lovely staff.
C. M.
Not particularly well stocked, but for a smaller store it's not bad.
Getting in and out can be a bit of a nightmare if you are exiting onto Outland Road (although I am writing this during the roadworks!)
M. &. L. M.
Great store, always clean and well stocked, highly recommended and great weekly offers to at morrisons.
P. M.
Nice size shop.... Dont always have things in stock, and seems to take a while for stock to be replaced. Staff are nice n friendly.
J. H.
Lots of variety of foods, cafe is good, staff very helpful.
D. P.
My personal favourite would be the freshly baked sausage rolls, £2/four
P. M.
Hit & miss food my last breakfast took ages wasn't very nice .. depends how busy they are .
g. p.
They serve good food and coffee, but you have to clean the table by yourself.
P. R.
The lady at the till has the best customer service I have ever had .these stars are for her.
L. T.
Standard Morrisons, but we really enjoy the freshly cooked food in the cafe, especially their full English breakfasts! One of the best supermarket cafés around. However the cafe is really crying out for a refurb.
R. T.
The staff are lovely, helpful and friendly, but it's very claustrophobic to me, but hey I suppose you can't have everything here otherwise it would be Tesco..
A. B.
Very nice breakfast. Great price
L. C.
Great had what I wanted
N. F.
It's a supermarket! What more can I say.
Oh yes, it's normally pretty good value, compared to Sainsburys and I picked up some Speckled Hen for £1 a bottle! So an extra star for that
R. S.
Staff friendly & helpful
A. S.
Shelves well stocked, clean and tidy.
Quality produce.
K. W.
I have always had a good experience while shopping in morrisons. Always been treated with respect and never had any problems.
M. C.
Popped in for a few bits, clean & tidy and had what I wanted.
R. M.
Clearly going through a refurb, so at the moment it's not great, but looks like it will be great when the builders have finished! Love the larger alcohol section/aisle
M. C.
Excellent service, had everything I needed. Not too bad a queue either
P. H.
Too busy,25mins wait for any hot food..
C. B.
Shocking terrible especially veg and fruit,
F. C.
First time I've worn a face mask to shop. So glad I did, as the store felt crowded, with queues for the tills going down the aisles.
K. K.
Chaos ,staff stretched, doing their best . lockdown a joke with the ignorant people of this city.why does him and her have to choose what or which stay home or in the bloody car.😷
D. H.
Better than Gordon Ramseys restaurant
C. W.
Its a supermarket. Reasonable prices. Has a large car park.
A. E. (.
Medium size supermarket means a limited selection but good for most general items. Good prices. Good sized car park.
D. A.
Plenty of parking. Good central location. Clean and tidy. Good service and good pricing. Particularly like their self serve salad bar for quick packed lunch.
B. C.
Morrrisons is a very nice shop, clean, and plenty of social distanceing In place and ofcouse sanitis stations. And good verity of food on offer.
B.
Sat in car park playing a mobile game whilst waiting for the misses doing a shop.
So ill rate 5/5 as I hate shopping
P. B.
Very easy to find items and staff are always very polite keep it up Morrisons
P. S.
Little empty stocked in certain sections but nice and clean
s. s.
Plymstock branch liking the clothes line, not enough staff on hand, the coffee bar noisy wen emptying coffee machine.
R. O.
Great food and so reasonably priced
N. R.
Average food for a excellent price.
C.

Good but wished other customers kept to the 2m distance but they don't.
J. B.
Good shopping and a meal at cafe . A lady had an epileptic fit in front of my wife and the staff who were also first aiders assisted her very proficiently.

S. H.
Nice, friendly store. Totally disabled friendly with wheelchairs for the disabled to use too. Easy parking straight around the stores grounds. Toilets and cafe instore too.
L.
Busy but happy and helpful staff.
J. A.
Good parking but small compared to the morrisons at Plympton. Currently being remodelled so nothing is where it should be and it's busy late with workmen turning up for late shift. October 2017
j. m.
Not too busy this evening and most people respectful of keeping one's distance. Cleaners out in force which was reassuring.
K. B. j.
Good shop
A. W.
Was not given time to put all my food on belt first. By the time I got to pack the cashier was asking for the money. Felt rushed with my packing.
A. T.
