Reviews of Premier Express
R. O.
This particular Premier is the closest store that deal with my Hermes packages being a drop shop. Over the course of the few months, I have had a fair few things that I needed dropping off to be picked up rather than use the Post Office which was on reduced sending for 6-8 weeks, I found the staff here to be very friendly, the younger lady who works here is very pleasant and I have never had any issues with her at all, that's probably why this is a 4 star review rather than 3, sadly the man who works here really seems to hate dealing with drop off packages, having already brought him up on his story attitude once before, I assumed things would be better when dealing with him, and for a while they were. I haven't dropped off much since Royal Mail began getting back to normal so for the first time in a couple of months, I needed to drop something off. A customer before me was sending stuff and the communication between her and the staff member was non existent and when I approached the desk, the staff member had muttered something, I thought this may have been to do with the previous customer leaving the remains of the Hermes labels for him to clear up, but in actual fact, it was me he had the issue with, my parcel apparently being too big and I should be asking permission to leave a parcel that big there if it isnt in the morning before collection - not once on the Hermes website does it say a 71cm X 42cm parcel weighing 3-4kg has to be cleared with the store beforehand - and I'm positive the girl who works there would have no issues, so why the side order of attitude from the male? It really does put me off dropping parcels off, sure I understand that the pence made per parcel perhaps isn't worth giving any kind of customer service to over a buyer of stock in store but come on, if you really hate your job - don't do it., it's not even like it's 'a bad day' isolated incident!

Although this isn't my local premier store, l do use it often as it is on my way too work, the young who is usually serving behind the counter is extremely polite & pleasant to talk to, & on the + side the pasties that they sell are fantastic, but you need to get in early as they sell quite quickly as we found out last weekend after a short shopping trip out marsh mills,
