It's an average size Tesco and sometimes they don't have the same variety as their other Tesco stores at Roborough or Lee Mill. It's not bad for the average stuff though, and the workers are lovely.

Tesco never dissapoints my wife as she has been shopping with Tesco for 40 years, parking never an issue, disabled parking and also parent/child parking bays . Nice cafe on site also, friendly staff with a smile. As always shoppers these days have to savvy as food prices are on the up.

My friend and I popped in to have a quick look at the clothes and for myself to buy a kettle and I found the perfect kettle and a top for my daughter and my friend also found a top so that was great. Only one downside and unfortunately that was the woman on the checkout, sadly I think she was either tired or having a bad day because she was very miserable/sad and did not speak to my friend with her transaction. When I handed a voucher over towards my goods and asked if she needed to see my clubcard she did reply ' can't use voucher without it' but sadly not in a friendly manner.... still she might have issues that I have no idea about and did not feel like being professional and interact with customers today. We all have an off day.

I find it increasingly frustrating that when walking in to Tesco's today, all the weekly tv magazines have been moved right near the entrance as you walk in. My magazine wasn't available. It was sold out. This gives most shoppers the opportunity to just pick one up straight away. I find this a little unfair to be honest & annoys me when things get changed around.

I have tried to get a copy invoice from the garage and made 3 phone calls over 3 weeks to staff who said they would sort it but never did. I luckily spoke to Keira today who I have to say was very helpful and sorted the problem out with in half an hour. Massive shout out to Keira for your customer handling. I hope your manager appreciates what a valuable member of staff you are. Thank you.

I was looking for an item and asked a ma who I thought worked for Tesco for directions. It turned out that he was only there to help with the refit. However he was very polite and helful

It's not a bad place if you catch the time right. Sometimes it becomes a pain in the backside to get out of the car park. Choice isn't bad. Worth noting that contactless payments via apple or Google pay are capped at £30.00! Tesco policy apparently, as the checkout manager had to take me onto an empty checkout and put through the first lot of my £45.00 mainly beer purchase to be under the £30 cap! Didn't have this issues at Morrison's when I paid over £130.00 on a shop

This is quite an old supermarket and could do with a massive update. The car park layout isn't great, and the bus stop isn't in the best place either. The cafe and lift are quite old and dated, the cafe is quite dirty and most of the groceries run out quickly. Overall, this supermarket isn't the best, since it's old and needs a good refurbish. There is many other shops up the road and an Asda about four miles away.

Great store, the only issue is the roundabout, having 4 large stores around one small roundabout and one single short road makes for long queues and trails of cars. Friendly staff and easy to get around. Pet shop, charity shop and pharmacy all in the same complex as Tesco.

After a hectic day including bad news, runny mascara, a 300 mile journey, argument with hubby, to find your home in disarray, forced to go to tesco. I bought a game so had to go to customer services only for a lovely young lady to be so nice and polite to me. I couldn't keep my bad mood. Bravo young brunette at customer service! Little dated and could do with a refurbishment, especially the Café. Doesn't fully utilise its location either. Store layout could also do with changing. On a positive note has most things you could want, but doesn't compare to the Tesco Extra in Woolwell.

Probs the scabbiest tesco I've been in, in my entire life, could do with a refurb, I know a guy that'd do you a good price if your interested. But overall a very nice atomasphere and the staff looked like very nice people and a very good selection of drinks
