The best supermarket I've been to. First supermarket to practice fair trade and sustainability and amazing customer service. They have everything freshly baked at the kitchen every day, every hour.

Great variety of products, pretty good service although it's rarely needed, and really good access and location if you're a student living on campus, or if you're just dropping in during the day. Also good if you're not a student and just want something on an open day or passing by!

it's open after the couple of months they closed for expansion.
Happily thats completed and they are open again and there are now 2 bakery sections and an orange juice machine.
Prices are still in line with the "a student and their money are soon parted" philosophy, so nothings changed there.

Fairly well stocked. Nice bakery. Best croissants ever!

Quite small isles and slightly limited selection but given the space good range of products

Convinient shop for students who live at the campus and don't want to go further for essential shopping

Just visited this store for the first time and I think its spot on!
Well stocked, with a great selection of goods.
Fresh, chilled, baked and frozen, so something for every occasion.
Had a good choice of sandwiches, wraps and pasta salads at the time I visited, but do bare in mind that this store is based within the Reading University campus, so it can get busy, particularly at lunchtime!
There is a hot drinks machine here and a selection of hot food to go too, pasties, pies etc, the usual suspects.
I noticed that there is also some ATM (cash machines) on site too, which is always useful.
They have staffed checkouts available, and plenty of self scan checkouts too.
The staff were helpful and very friendly.
Also worth pointing out that this store is available for anyone to use, it is not purely for Reading University use! (I live locally and didn't even know this store existed, so posted the question on here and received a prompt and much appreciated response).
I will definitely be back here shopping again soon. 😁👍

Not the cheapest but has good, fresh rolls and is getting in more and more Vegan food. Currently you can get the staples (violife, mayo, flora, soy/almond/oat milks) and some goodies too. Needs more of a freezer section I think for its location.

This store is amazing, it has a great range of healthy, fresh food, in-store bakery, hot dogs, hot food, Fair trade Coffee Machine and loads more. Also there is a 10% discount for NUS Extra card holders!

Goods are constantly out of stock, especially fresh veg and meat. Good selection of set lunch items, but needs more selection for those who cook themselves

Brilliant shop and very reasonable prices

(Translated) Sometimes a lot of things are missing from the shelves. The offer of £ 3.5 for meal, snack and drink is very good
(Original)
A veces faltan muchas cosas en los estantes. Está muy bien la oferta de £3'5 de meal, snack and drink
