A great location and much needed store of this type at the start of Oxford Road in Reading Town Centre. As in line with the Iceland’s policy and standards the facility is first class with the customer first in mind. The product is of great variety and there are scores of bargains at discounted prices. There are two car parks in the vicinity- Chatham St Car park and The Mall Car Park. However, there’s a drop off and pick up points just outside the stores.

Its a great shop cheap prices nice deals good if dont have much cash. Nice friendly helpful staff. The only issue i would point out is they always have a big line waiting to pay because they only seem to have one cashier

Good Iceland's in a very convenient area within the town centre can shop there without worrying about having to take me car, if you live within a walking distance of 1-2 miles it's very handy... typical frozen foods if that's what your into, picked up some frozen Greg's chicken bakes and some TGI Fridays pork ribs

They have extended their open hours, which is brilliant. They have a huge selection of frozen foods, meats and deserts, as well as fresh produce, condiments, toiletries, etc. Always excellent prices. Love Iceland!

As always, the prices are very good and you never feel as though you are paying for the unnecessary advertising and promotional items of other supermarkets. The staff in the Oxford Rd. shop are always polite, kind and ever willing to help the pensioners. Keep up the good work. It is very easy to get a lovely smile from the young ladies.

The queues are way too long at times. Very slow as they sort out home delivery and service customers that pay and go at the same till. It would be better if they have 2 separate queues so others don't have to wait that long. Am standing in the queue right now and it has been 10 mins and that for just 3 items

Cheapest place to buy fresh milk. Fantastic range of fresh and frozen foods. My main gripe is there are never enough checkouts open and that means getting out of the store somewhat annoying!
