Fantastic customer service. Very nice and friendly staff, always ready to help. Big choice of fresh fruits, vegetables and halal meat. As well you can find Polish food. Everything is good quality and always fresh.

A very convenient store for local and Turkish groceries, fruits, vegetables and fresh meats. The only problem is parking in that part of Oxford Road is very difficult. There’s no staffs on the floor to assist but the staffs on the till and at the meats counters are very polite, helpful and efficient. If you want an atmosphere of little Istanbul this is the place to visit!

Nice traditional Mediterranean products! You must have Baklava! Halal meat. A variety of vegetables on low prices. Very helpful staff and always smiling! Herbs that is not easy to find them in Reading (mastic, anise).

Great store with a wide variety of Turkish food items. They also stock fruits, veggies, basic grocery items and some Pakistani spices as well. I like the butchers in their shop too, the meat is always fresh and is better quality than any other halal butchers on Oxford Road.

I can find all what I need very quickly. Little bit expensive but not that much. All halal stuff and middle east products are available there. The staff is very friendly and the cashier is very fast. Just 2 min maximum by the cashier no matter how many stuff you have.

I love this shop, especially for the Baldo rice and orzo pasta... My kids can't get enough of it since our Turkish neighbours cooked us some pilaf! Everything you could possibly need! Clean, tidy, great customer service, always happy to help!

I visited the place today and l am delighted to say that the place is worth the visit. The staff was very friendly and everything was so nicely organised. In the end before payment there was member of staff who took the basket from my hands and placed it on the counter so l dont hold it while waiting on the queue. The Covid measures were absolutely followed which gives very good impression. I wanted to buy some shisha and the guy at the counter opened the box and showed it to me and let me take my time while deciding. Also l wanted to buy tobacco for the shisha and they had very big variety of flavours he let me go in where was the counter and choose the flavour l like. The guy was extra polite and kind, calm and peaceful smile he had. I wish everywhere l visit everyone is like him. Absolute pleasure !! Will come back again 👍👍👍👍👍

Very friendly and helpful staff. Well stocked shop, found all the Turkish products I was after. Bijou bakery section with homemade fresh baklava. Good butcher. Busy high street, on-street parking free for half an hour. As I was shopping with a toddler, staff even helped to carry shopping bags across the road to my car. Many thanks, teşekkür ederim!

I really like them, i shop there all the time, quality food and good service... Deducted one star for items not being labeled in english, and because they allow ppl to jump on the queue, especially their friends, quite disrespectful to other customers waiting in line. After all, this isnt Turkey.

I did groceries from here and when came home 1 box of mangoes was all rotten so I called shop, I did not got response as expected but surprisingly next morning I got call from owner Ibrahim and he apologised for the mishap and for yesterday response as he was busy with clients. He offered me drop of mango boxes at my house free if charge or I can go to shop and collect 2 boxes. To be honest I was surprised by his call and offer as it really shows their care for the customer. I got upset yesterday but today I am happy and surprised to recieve such services directly from the owner. Hatts off to Ibrahim and great customer services, if they continue like this they will get more and .ore customers as I specially travel from Wokingham to their shop as they have A class vegitables/fruits and all other items. Thanks Ibrahim for your follow up call, really appreciated

I buy my meat from the butcher here and it is always good. Pricing on the meat is ok. They have a good selection of other products, fruit veg, ect. The only negative is parking. It's a nightmare. Reading council have just made Oxford Road a red route so it's even more difficult now to find parking.

Great selection of Turkish foods, butcher, veg section etc. Prices OK but please check expiry dates - I found mayo and some crisps being sold way after their sell by date.

Huge variety of products, and some of the best brands available in Turkey. Found everything I needed here on my first visit, will come back again. Also if you love watermelon, make sure you buy one here, they are far better than any other watermelon you can buy in a UK supermarket! (Tesco Sainsburys etc). Tip to management: please start stocking Pinar brand sucuk.
