The supermarket is very good! Good prices and quality! But they should be more attentive to the employees! Because it's not the first time that one of your employees works at the cash register, in a disrespectful state, doing bullying, for serving foreigners. He refused to provide a simple service, and as if that wasn't enough, he kept talking to other customers who were in the checkout line, with words of prejudice because we were foreigners!Very sad this! The company should better choose its employees! Arrogance and lack of respect are nowhere to be tolerated! Imagine in a commercial business! Pitiful!

We went to do some for shopping on Christmas eve but the place was closed at 6pm. However, as part of Iceland, we would love to visit once again.

This is a great place for variety of food including breads, frozen food and fresh fruits. There’s always a small quantity of ciabatta bread available and goes very fast. The fruit counter is a bit smaller with less variety. At most of the busier times the small number of tills get very crowded and sometimes it’s frustrating to check out faster. Definite a room for improvement there.

Great place, very good value, brilliant multi buy deals, pleasant, helpful, engaging staff. Car park right outside. It's all good. Make your way there for a better deal than the last place you went. Recommended.

Great place to pick up guilty pleasures like potato waffles, monster munch and nobbly bobblies. Not just for frozen food either - they also have a chilled section.

Great variety of products. Some prices can be hit and miss in some places charging a whole £3 more than competitors for the same products. Fortunately these aren't everyday items and on the whole pricing is competitive.

Bought Gregg's sausage rolls & steak bakes, TGI Fridays chips, Harry Ramdens jumbo cod fillets, and Iceland chinese chicken stir fry, and Duck noodle stir fry. These are items that we cant buy from our usual supermarket. Could have bought more, but didnt have enough freezer space!!

Iceland Warehouse, or The Food Warehouse by Iceland is an amazing shop full of some amazing food. Visited during lock down, the store was fully stocked and the crowds were very heavily. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when opening another til to help met the demand. Side note: The food at Iceland Warehouse is often cheaper than Iceland if you can buy more of it. The food itself can be a 5050, either it's amazing or its very bad. But overall brilliant store!

This review is a little bit over due in my eyes, as for a while now I’ve been coming over to the food warehouse on the odd lunch break to grab myself some last minute lunch ever since I’ve worked across the road from yourselves , every time I come over to the store I always try and get served by Matthew on the tills as I believe he has one of the best customer service skills I’ve received in a long while, he is always very polite and always gives the best customer service ! And it’s not just to me it’s to every customer that seems to be in front of me ! Top lad really deserves some more recognition for his brilliant customer service !

This is a great store. Your typical Iceland store but bigger. You can buy individual items here or to save money you can buy them in cases. For example a 2ltr bottle of fizzy drink is £1.50 a bottle or £9 for a case of 8 - so you save more by buying the case. They also have electrical items here which they don't generally have in the normal sores. Well worth a visit if you are near one

The food is very good value and excellent variety and quality. Only downside is that the vegetable section is small and had many empty shelves. I intend to be a regular customer so future visits may well get the full 5*.

Great shop for frozen foods or course but stocks a good selection of groceries and fruit and veg. Excellent fresh meat refrigerator as well as dairy produce. My favourite is the special purchase area where you will find household items at excellent discounts.

Good selection of chilled & frozen foods plus some general groceries. Not sure whether Iceland, as a whole have done enough to allay public concern over deliveries being made to some of its stores out of hours & left out until staff arrive in morning (a consumer news item which which broke during 2018).

This particular Iceland is fab if you are doing a big shop as you can park near the store and the parking is free at the moment. Lots of frozen food, fresh and dried food plus liquid refreshments.

Huge Iceland, packed full of choice and a bigger veriety than other branches. Lots of non frozen too with a veriety of fruit and vegetables, fresh bread and cakes. Good deals on crisps, fizzy and sweets too. Even during busy times the queue moves fairly quick as the staff scan very quickly so you have to be on your toes at packing! Parking is free, trollies need a pound coin

This place is like an iceland store on steroids. All the good stuff you normally can buy in iceland plus loads more. Even none frozen goods and all for a great price. Store layout is nice, clean and roomy.
