A. D.Great range of products, and prices are not exorbitant like they're made out to be. Quality is good, self service tills easy and lots of nice extras like sushi bar and fresh bread. Also not too large for a supermarket.
A.Always a pleasure to shop in Waitrose, though it does often cost more than you think. But they did have the unusual items we were looking for, do five stars.
P. S.What a lovely bunch of people work in this store. Obviously you have the typical Waitrose quality....where else would smoked salmon be included in the essential range? The staff (or partners) are just lovely folk.

R. H.Waitrose is Waitrose but this one has the addition of The Kitchen, its new cafe. Decent ham and cheese toastie and coffee. Menu is a bit odd though, broths and a few sandwiches don't make it the most exciting menu..

T. D.Favourite supermarket to shop in and has been very good and safe during the pandemic but last few weeks not so well stocked and some products unavailable. Shame also no one looks after the racks of plants they soon become wilted and fit for the bin.

L. B.Went in to Waitrose today to shop. I am one of the older generation. Whilst in the shop, a young lady handed me a bunch of flowers & wished me happy mothers day. It was such a kind & unexpected gesture I nearly cried. They were doing it for others too. In these awful times, and not being able to see my own family today it was such a kind gesture I had to say a huge thank you. You are all doing such a great job in these trying conditions and I am sure not all customers are treating you with respect for trying to do your job. Well done

M. S.This has been our go to shop recently for snacks and basicswhen run out after online orders. Always a good variety at this store. Enjoyed the mywaitrose discounts on the cafe at the back of the store. Came in to change a set of razor blades as they didnt fit. Staff very helpful but quite reserved at tills. Some of the staff in the aisles were rather helpful and enjoy what they do. Fresh foods a bit overpriced. Enjoyed the cafe at the back of the store somtimes better than restaurants.
V. D.Everything Waitrose is known for: quality offerings, good variety, well organised space, very friendly personnel. And - surprising to some, but a steady trend for several years - reasonable pricing. (They could try to make better coffee in their coffee-shop corner, though ;)

R. L.Since its refit in 2017 I have struggled to enjoy my shopping experience as much as I did before. The ceilings are lower, giving a slight claustrophobic feeling to the whole store, it seems darkest too which may be for the same reason? Either way it makes me want to dash in and leave quickly. I now chose to shop online and only use this branch for last minute essentials.

Store has just been refitted with a great selection of products and it looks very good.
Loving the new look meat counter, susi bar, kitchen/cafe and bakery sections what is there not to want.
Nice big car park nice new toilet refit and super friendly, helpfull and knowledgable staff.
