Excellent choice of goods always available with good quality items. I have bought trousers from Asda and when i got them home and found I had got the wrong size they were happy to exchange for another pair immediately. The food store is always stocked with the items i want and usually in the same place which helps me enormously as I am partially sighted. The Asda staff are always polite and friendly and smartly dressed too. They are always ready to help me at the check out when I cant make the scan and go gun work. Even when the store is packed with people, and it frequently is, there is always enough room in the isles to get around. I have used the click and collect which works very well too.

Significantly better value for money than all the other supermarkets buy and large. Good quality fresh produce. An honest supermarket that treats employees well. Employees go above and beyond to help customers but respectfully do not tollerate rudeness

Staff are really helpful I think they have done a great job under the immense pressure of these times. I now do click and collect, at the start there was a lot of products not available but now it’s perfect. I had an issue once where by my shopping was not ready but staff couldn’t have been more apologetic. Just wish they would take the security seals off the alcohol before put it in my click and collect they are a nightmare to try and remove

I used Scan and go got to the checkout, was then approached by member of staff and was told that they wanted to check my shop. There was no indication on the scanner that this was going to happen. There should be some message on the scanner to advise, as happens in Sainsbury's.

Was able to get what I needed, wanted to ask a member of staff where to find something but she was having a conversation with another staff member so never acknowledged me. Not many staff about to ask for help. However the lady at the self checkout was really helpful.

Have ordered from here whilst self-isolating recently. A recent order was missing milk- Not only was the milk delivered an hour later but the store also gave us a voucher for the inconvenience. I was really impressed with how the whole situation was dealt with.

Nice to see a ASDA store with its own cafe back. The place has a nice feel to it, clean and well decorated with plenty of seating even thou some are to low to it from. As for the price it can't be beaten local, the food is of a high standard and tasty. My only gripe is I ordered a 12 item breakfast but when it arrived there was only 10 items. This not the first time this has occurred The person from the kitchen then reluctantly then fetched two hash browns from the kitchen the question is how many other people has this happened to, bit they have not noticed. To leave on a positive note the breakfast was very nice.

Went with the wife as a change from our usual shopping centre, found this to be alot cheaper than the competitors with the same items available! Massive shop with pretty much everything you could need under one roof. Cheap, all items we needed were available! And the shops laid out extremely well for covid, masks needed, and disabled friendly with wide Isles for manoeuvreing around. Definitely coming back! 5*

Hand sanitiser on the doors and trolley cleaning stations. A good selection of clothes and homeward, stationery and kitchenware as well as food. Don't slice bread for you though. Frozen stuff is much wider than other supermarkets. Customer toilets.

I spend thousands of pounds a year in this store, unfortunately I am not treated with anything more than a grunt by the disinterested young staff. I can spend more in one shop than they would earn in a month because I worked hard all my life and made a effort. The weekday staff are much better.

I awarded 5 stars purely on account of the cleanliness of the toilets when I was in store today (approx. 11:30 on 8/01/21) - although it was evident they had recently been cleaned (wet floor signs/cleaning trolley visible), it was HOW they'd been cleaned that I noticed. Who ever was responsible for this piece of work this morning had done a thoroughly fantastic job; no "quick flick" this. I would happily let this person clean my toilets anytime, and I'm VERY fussy about clean toilets. Store Management take note; in this age where cleanliness and hygiene are particularly important, this was a top class job. Do not let whoever did this go unrecognised/un-rewarded. ps. Anyone know why the "banner" photo for Asda Totton store on Google is one of what looks to me like Totton Morrisons?

Very impressed with Asda at the moment. The queues outside are well organised and they don't let huge numbers of people into the store (unlike Morrisons!). One-way system inside mostly adhered to and usually only one person in front of me at the checkout queue. Everything seems to be in stock, except home baking stuff.

Good sized store. Big car park. Very competitive prices. Self scanning option have made shopping much quicker. Good selection of clothes but clothes area of store is a bit cramped. McDonald's on site too

Large store with good prices food clothing house hold goods ect. Covid 19 precautions taken. But unfortunately the stacks of cristmas stock around the store make distancing very difficult. Young parents and children with buggys don't help. Making it very difficult for older people.

Asda is very good at bringing prices down. Unfortunately this is done by reducing staffing (mostly unmanned tills) and half empty shelves meaning you don't get all you came for. Better than other options in the area, however.

I love it. I love the fact their clothes fit larger sizes and they are great value for money. The staff is amazing, from those that helped out to the delivery driver. They couldn't be more helpful.

Very busy, car park is small and feels very cramped. Inside feels very cramped, shopping aisles are usually obstructed with special offers etc. Staff are mostly friendly and helpful. McDonald's restaurant is right next door.

All fine here (it's an Asda) apart from morons with internal combustion engines blocking the electric car recharge spaces. Staff generally helpful. There are plenty of spaces all around the rest of the car park that everyone else can use, but if I can't plug in I can't get home to Bournemouth! Don't be so lazy!

It's an Asda superstore, and it definitely meets expectations.. I expected a large space, filled with shelves containing a wide variety of household goods and food products, and let me assure you that I was not disappointed

I am so happy with the Spiced Chicken & Wholewheat pasta sold under Good and Balanced range at Asda. Not only is this pasta tasty enough to reduce a rugged builder called 'Steve' to a bulbering mess who will need to rethink his entire dietary requirements. But also it's so cheap it's left even blackbirds speakless. Rate 8/8 recommend to a mate.
