Five ***** for my experience tonight, walked the dog from home I forgot his muzzle and just dont regard him safe to tie up without outside a shop, an elderly dog. Asked the young guy working to get my order with cash given , excellent helpful. I will do anything not to ask for help I’m wired that way - but they pass the test, what’s more, as a local I know that, the staff here pass 99.9% of the time for great service and a smile - well done chaps and chaps’esss ;) keep the pride.

SUPER service tonight at the Botley Rd branch. Half past midnight, just finished a busy shift with the Southampton ambulance service, needed milk and bread. Such lovely boys, extremely helpful. BRILLIANT. X
