P. H.I visited the shop on my way to catch a train back to Oxford. In a rush, I left my phone and didn’t realise until I was well on my way on my train journey. My son who was with me, phoned my number and one of the shop assistants answered the phoned. He explained what had happened and they very kindly offered to post the phone back to me. I received the phone as promised the next working day. I can’t thank the staff enough. First Class Service.
H. P.Great prices in this co op, and very convenient located next to Southampton Central Station, and they sell 1.25 litre chilled bottles of pepsi for only 1 quid
s. G.The staff were amazing when we went in to get some bits after going to the theatre, everyone was polite and welcoming, I also left my wallet in the store and they posted it back to me, it arrived this morning, I think that’s above and beyond! Thank you soo much Richard!
M. F.I go in to buy my stuff for lunches for the week, and the occasional snack. Can't argue, the employees generally don't bother you, and will help you if you ask. They seem to be quite sociable, which is nice to see, especially in an area where so many jerks and weirdos come into the store and give them trouble
