Fantastic shop. Super convenient. Well-stocked, some great deals, love the self-serve tills (never had to wait for one to be free, always someone on hand to help). Extremely good staff, love the music that's usually playing. Can't fault this Co-op apart from not (yet?) being able to accept the Co-op membership card for points. Really handy shop, though. Great opening hours, always saving me hassle & time! And oh wow the range of fresh ice cream, slushies & coffee. Not seen a shop this good round here for ages!!! 10/10

I am disappointed with the amount of times I come in and there's barely anything in stock (e.g., especially sandwiches). I am sure the issue could be fixed by better stock management. Then, I have to turn to the other Co-op in Ocean Village. Otherwise, really good diversity of products and very friendly staff.

I don't know why people complain about the self-service machines so much! When they were brought in I was immensely pleased because now I don't need to stand in a queue with one bottle of Coke while the person before me has three baskets full of their monthly shopping. And as someone who suffers from social anxiety, it's absolutely brilliant that I don't have to do "small talk" while waiting for my stuff to be added up, now I just go in scan my stuff and walk away. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the shop always gets stocked up on the weekend when people go in to grab something for the coming week and it's kind of hard to navigate with a full basket around the stocking trolleys and boxes.

Used this place a lot during my first year of university, decent prices, nice selection of alcohol and as a nice surprise they sell the American arizona iced tea which no other place seems to, can get a little busy but that's due to being close to so many student halls.

Staff very helpful, kind and caring. Good food and products at good prices. They also support local charities.

Stocks a surprising amount of stuff for a convenience store. Not too many budget options but they do offer a student discount.

Good convenience although unreliable for stock items some items are there one week and not the next and stock is only ordered once the item has sold out.
