This is our favorite place to go. if you are an immigrant then that will be a place you must go. They provide lots of fresh fruits and veg you don't see on this market. A giant sweet papaya only 4.99. Staffs are friendly too.

Love the fruit and veg section, lost of interesting finds! There is a huge selection of packaged foods from many places. I'm a big fan of the large noodle section. The area with the open containers of olives and feta cheese disgusts me so much I refuse to go in that aisle anymore. I don't really trust the butcher either. Bought several chicken breasts from there before and they were... sticky. Like they had just been defrosted?? They may have been fine to some but I found it vary unappealing. Overall hygiene standards are lacking in the store.

Lots of grocesseries which aren't always possible to get in supermarkets- they sell different size bags of various beans etc which is great, will definitely be revisting to top up soon! The reasons why i knocked 2 stars off is because of 1. price (I appreciate prices are going up, but a number of things that I can often get in staff were quite a bit dearer), and 2. Workers in the shop were having conversations across the shop by shouting loudly, which isn't awful but personally I would prefer to shop without people shouting as it makes me a bit on edge. Will still revisit the store anyways, as the staff were friendly.

Nice selection of halal products. though regular products is way more expensive than market value in other places like Tesco or Asda and Sainsbury's. The shop need a real refurbishment and clean up, fridges handles broken and dirty. Staff serving the raw meet and chicken need a food hygiene training ( they pack the chicken in plastic bag, label the price and hold the bag tip and hang it to you with the same hand with the raw chicken, that means you have to hold it and have raw chicken in your hand).

Situated very conveniently in the student and expatriate locality of portswood (highstreet)in Southampton. Very easy to get to by bus (there's a bus stop right infront of the shop !). Council Parking is situated at the back of the shop and there's also off-street parking which is free for an hour (,sufficient for food shopping!). Very helpful and attentive staff. Highly recommended supermarket 👌

Love international foods lots of fresh veggies and all sorts of ingredients you cannot get elsewhere. We get a lot of soy sauce, tinned lychees, packs of chilli flakes, large volumes of semolina (for pizza), coriander, paratha... Just so much good food!

Love it! Needed a couple of obscure ingredients for a Thai dish that I wanted to cook for our family in Southampton and found it easily. My favourite international foods market in southampton. Its clean!!!! Professional, great variety. Prices are just ok. But the cleanliness, it breaks the dirty international out of days food stereotype which the other have made and sadly maintain. Parking is bad and its difficult. Often you have to parm illegally to be anywhere near the shop. This is the only con i could find!

Like a child in a sweet shop, I was faced with things I had only dreamt about: fresh okra and plantain, piles of varieties of rice and Gatha mix, stuffed vine leaves and aubergines, trays of baklava, a whole aisle on spices in bottles small and large. 45 minutes, three bags later and with huge smiles on our faces we left. Alot of Asian ingredient food and halal food, mostly for curry/indian/Turkish cuisine, some of them southeast asian's and chineses'. Once upon time they sold hot Chilli sauce ABC (Indonesian Chilli Sauce), we were so happy, moreover, it was the cheapest. This sauce had gone in 2 days after I spread this info to Indonesian community. Every time we go there we always hope this store sell this our favourite sauce. ABC (both hot chilli sause and sweet soy sauce) and Indomie are our favourite.
