Visited the store after work at 22.40 on the 10/6 /2022 Well stocked got everything I needed , lots of staff stocking shelves, but immediately moved out of the way if I needed something. The lady on the till was lovely, really bright and engaging , every store needs one of her . She was the only till open so was busy but still took the time to chat and laugh at the junk food that I had bought to cheer myself up after another busy shift in the NHS I will definitely be back and hopefully will see her to say thank you !!!

Love the fruit and vegetables section, although bananas are not that good ( I'm not sure if store can influence that). Love shopping there, the best selection of gluten free goods, meat is always excellent! Staff nice, helpful

Great customer service as always in this store. I needed help getting two heavy bags of potting compost into a large trolly, (these are kept outside as you enter the store) I asked the security guy at the door for help and with no hesitation at all out he came and put them in for me. He was so friendly.

Great place to shop, has alot of offers on at the moment especially with club card rewards! Best to check out what club card holder deals they have got on? Extremely clean and tidy!! Very well priced compared to the other supermarkets around, disabled friendly, wide Isles, plenty of spaces available for parking!! 5*

Plenty of parking, toilets open. Good variety of food and drinks, have started to cook fresh meats etc again, cleaning station by door and in store ( not that many now use them!) Friendly and helpful staff, shame about the shop pickers doing shopping for others as sometimes there are several in one aisle and getting past while social distancing can be a task, but that's the same in any supermarket.

I'm a wheelchair user and staff are fantastic. During the pandemic I shop at 6 am and sometimes it's the only social I get. The staff always have time for me and the .com people get me items I can't reach. It's so lovely to have staff that actually ask me how I am and say hello. Thank you so much, you have been a life line to me.

Massive leak in the shop, lots of tills shut off as water pouring from the ceiling. Luckily it wasn't too busy so didn't have to wait long to pay. Unhappy with the quality of veg on offer, bendy and off colour. Social distancing could be kept tighter control of but the lady giving hand sanitiser out and cleaning the trolleys was in a jolly mood.

Pretty standard, mid-sized Tesco. It had everything I needed. The opening times seem a little chaotic due to the pandemic, so they could do better letting customers know what time they close.

As I live very close I call Tesco my larder. Today's visit was just for a walk and buy a few things and check out the advent calendars. The lady upon entry dished out the hand sanitizer with a smile but I couldn't see through her face mask. My mission was successful today and I know I'll return soon.

Recently left my meats at the self check out service and had to return to the store to retrieve them. Seems they'd been taken by a customer or the attendant just didn't do his job of securing my meats. However the lady at customer service sorted it. I was satisfied. Well done.

We have come to Southampton for the weekend with our toddler to visit Peppa Pig world. We did not know the area and arrived after most shops had closed when we realised we needed a pair of shoes for our toddler urgently. We visited the Southampton Tesco superstore which doesn’t have a large clothes section and unfortunately no shoes in his size so we asked two members of staff if they could recommend somewhere to buy shoes so late in the day. They were extremely helpful and recommended a handful of places including the Tesco extra not far away, they even provided us with a postcode! The Tesco extra had a choice of footwear to choose from so it was a great recommendation and fantastic service from all staff involved!

It's a Tesco, so you get reasonable prices and a good selection of products. However: - the car park is always full of uncollected shopping trolleys. Take care when parking; - it's almost impossible to get the exact same products two weeks in a row because something will inevitably be out of stock or missing altogether. It just seems to happen in a random pattern, but it's annoying because I then have to go elsewhere to get the stuff I need.

Not the biggest or the smallest. Still plenty inside. I was looking for dinner and the cooked fresh meat section was closed at 7pm but i found something else for a quick bite. I would like it more however to get some nice hot ribs.. 24h fuel, not very large car park and busy.

Tesco Millbrook in Southampton has a Tesco mobile desk, where you can but Tesco mobile contract phones or payg phones or sim only plans. The store in general has plenty of food and a wide range of items. This store is good as you can buy 80 pouches of Felix only £20 and the pet section of the store caters for all your pet foods, toys and accessories. If you can't cook or unable to cook due to a disability then Tesco has a wide range of microwave meals. Plenty of fresh bread and rolls. Staff are friendly and polite and always there to help if needed. Free parking for customers and just outside they have a timpsons shoe lenders also you can drop off items for dry cleaning and alterations to clothes. There is a petrol station near the exit. I would recommend this store as prices are reasonable and have good offers too. Steve a in Southampton

Plenty of parking and trolleys were available. The shelves were well stocked and plenty of checkouts open so did not have to queue. The range of products available was less than in the larger Extra stores in Winchester or Salisbury. A positive shopping experience.

So impressed with they way Tesco are dealing with this virus. Staff excellent and organised x I found plenty of food on the shelves . Also marks on the floor telling you your distance. A BIG CLAP TO YOU ALL.

After reading all the bad reviews, I felt it was time to speak up for them. My family has been shopping at this Tesco for over 8years and never once had a problem. Staff has always been friendly and helpful!! I also do a lot of online shopping with them and again it is usually on time; of course, something might not be in stock, so they offer you an alternative, but that's the case with all other online grocery shopping.

Great shop and lovely staff, but really need to do something with that smell! Something is seriously wrong with the toilets there. Sometimes it makes it imposdible to do the shopping and food is the last thing in your mind when it smells of poop everywhere... :(

Staff can be kind of abrupt and the cleaning team or might be one person actually!!! (Bit of a minger!!!???!!!) But that's where Maria who I live with gets her main daily shop!!! she drives!!! So sometimes I get a meal deal lunch and anything else I haven't walked to on my own!!! Even batteries or DVDs or beauty products!!! Trying hard not to over spend each time so I do keep a notebook for exact items!!!

I go to Tesco commonly, and the staff is friendly, kind and ready to help. It is a good quality shop, including most of the necessary items, at a good price, and now it has sells phones too, and you can exchange your money, for foreign money, and vice versa, and a nice addition, is that you can exchange your pennies, for paper money.

It's a big Tesco with scan as you shop but seems a bit lacking in some stock. The carpark is a poor design but there is an ATM, fuel, coffee and timpsons on site that add to the usefulness.

Medium to large sizes tesco, one largest in Southampton I believe, but not a superstore. Only a single level, without the clothes shopping area F&F or white goods. But still a great place to get food. There is also click and collect facilities and a petrol station with car wash.

The bakery didn't have much choice in freshly baked cakes, ie only two packs of apple turnovers which weren't baked correctly so were sunk on top. I think there were doughnuts but no ring doughnuts. A few pastries, bakewell tarts and then large fruit pies.
