The partners here are always so friendly. I love the fact I can pick my John Lewis & Partners parcel up from here without having to make a trip into town. There’s always a good selection of produce available to buy. I can not fault. I just wish it was slightly bigger and a little more up to date with self serve tills etc.

Great selection of products including lots of reductions! Took a while to get served at the tills but maybe the chav nicking booze caused too much of a distraction to the staff. I haven't seen anything like this before at this shop so I will be using it again.

Waitrose is part of the John Lewis company and always has quality products in store It is very convenient, being in the centre of Hythe. There is a large car park, but on busy days it is often full as there are other shops nearby. The staff are very helpful and keep all checkouts manned on very busy days.

A tad pricey on some items, but their own brand mini sausage rolls are to die for after 10 mins in the oven, and great for spices & condiments you might otherwise struggle to find. The "vintage" range of shower products are rather lovely too, and won't break the bank.

Member of staff helped me choose a birthday cake giving me time despite being obviously busy. I walk with a stick and she took the trouble to carry it to the till for me. Pleasant till lady ensured I had large enough bag for it and wished me a nice evening. All in all great service.

Very nice bread selection,let down by their rather poor "danish pastry" ...stodgy dough like creation treated to a dusting of icing sugar ...how on earth is this called a danish pastry...does any of their team watch Bake Off.

I purchased basic groceries and although they cater for a lot of elderly people their range isn't as good as their Lymington branch which is a bit bigger. But I hope Waitrose never disappear from our streets as they supply a good service with quality goods.

Dibden waitrose, well stocked and laid out. Mostly an elderly customer here so no rushing through the isles. Quaint location. The car park is located round the back of the shop on a street called the promenade. The main entrance is located by foot off St Johns street in the main town centre.

Great shop to go to for the essentials plus those luxury items as well, staff are very friendly and will always try to help. Also within easy reach of the number 9 and 8 that go through hythe to town. Definitely one to visit👍

Thursday 16th February 2020. Today, my son suffered an epileptic fit in Waitrose Hythe and the response by three members of staff was fantastic. They looked after him with great care and thoughtfulness including phoning his home. I have always found the staff very helpful and go the extra mile. Thank you. Terry Smith. Saturday 4th September 2020. Once again l am indebted to the staff of this first rate store for coming to the help of my son who once again suffered an epileptic fit. Two members were especially responsible for his well being and phoning home, a fantastic response demonstrating just how much people care for one another. Thank you. Terry Smith.

Yes nearly every supermarket is over 75% pure plastic but things are starting to change I was really struggling to live eat and drink without plastic you got to think you go to a shop to buy food that comes in plastic you then put it in a plastic bag and pay for it on plastic do you know the average lifespan of a plastic bag is 12 minutes 12 minutes is the lifespan of a plastic bag unbelievable so I've had to do some very smart shopping going to Tesco's ASDA Waitrose Lidl's or Aldi's co-op etc and I am slowly finding I can get what I want but I have to shop around Waitrose have started doing squash and juice in glass 100-percent recyclable bottles it might only be a Small Part on your behalf but it is a big start on mine I can now continue drinking my fruit juices without feeling guilty about the vessels I use going straight to landfill the milkman at the moment is creaming the crop as his vessels a glass tin paper no plastic milk and more are leading the way and I taking a lot of business away from the supermarkets so it's up to you guys what you want to do but it's a start so thank you

At the moment it is the only supermarket in Hythe Village, until Lidl opens in about 18 months. Waitrose is a pleasant alternative to all the Tesco stores in the area and not much more expensive than Tesco either.

Its a relatively small Waitrose. Has everything you need but maybe not the specific brand. Don't expect a tapas counter or whatever finery the larger ones have and you'll be fine. Parking anything other than a Ford Ka will be tight.
