We visit Asda for our weekly shop. the clothes section at one time seemed out of date but recently has picked up and the selection and quality is a lot better and the prices very competitive. The price for food in the present climate is really good and its own label well worth buying, they are consistently upgrading the quality and customer service with staff on hand for any help if needed. The on site cafe is to be honest a disgrace, no viniger at one time and now customers told no salt ???, (Fact, Have seen people going into store and purchasing salt to use in the cafe.) the atmosphere in cafe is unfriendly, morose and most certainly not welcoming this view is not my own personal one but friends and family. This tunstall store is a large mile away from its sister store on the wolstanton retail park which really is a shining example of a quality friendly relaxed professional store, the wide isle's are tidy and very well organized and the staff are from another planet, the friendly one and the in-store cafe is a pleasure to frequent, organized, friendly, well done wolstanton, well informed and worth the visit.

Wow iv not been here for a good while and haven't standards slipped. Did I see 3 people emptying one crate. It was quite late so nothing really at the back of store. Not really that well stocked. And 2 hr max parking WHY?

Delivery drivers are very friendly and helpful for online shopping, customer service isn't the best regarding online shopping though. Shopping inside is brilliant, plenty of stock and clean, however I wouldn't use the cafe as the cutlery is always dirty...

This used to be my favourite of the asdas in my area. However recently, I find the stock isn't what it once was and the variety is getting littlier each time( I expect covid and perhaps Brexit have contributed to that), I always use the scan and shop as the queues are always less that way. The last 2 times I've been, I've parked in the parent and child parking as I have to shop with my 2 year old, and each time I've come out of the store and the click and collect queue has been all the down the car park...leaving me blocked in my car for upto 10 minutes. On the flip side, when not in covid times, the cafe is great and there's a always a nice variety in George.

Ordered click and collect today. Really impressed. Just in case you didn't know ensure the boot is fully open on the car as we waited for about 20 mins and had to call them to be informed the boot needed to be fully open. I'll know for next time. Great service though.

Fab store as always. Low prices are designed for thrifty types such as myself. Beautiful artisan bread too. The only gripe is to suggest moving the cash machines nearer to the main entrance. It is highly inconvenient to schlep so far to withdraw cash. Not only that but my poor mom is in pain walking there and back. It's unsafe at night, irritating for the elderly or physically impaired and too far down. Please rectify this..... Thank you.

Shout out too all the staff working through the pandemic.👌👍 Be kinder, they might be short staffed due to covid.. Staff are working tirelessly to put food in peoples bellys 24/7 weather that be homeshopping or shelve stocking. Covid is effecting everyone including staff as key workers, plase remember that.

Please can you keep an eye on the ladies toilets regularly they were disgusting this afternoon, the middle toilet was shocking the person who used it needs go get checked by doctors how they left it was disgusting, water all over the floor by the toilets nearly slipped over, no toilet roll in couple of them, other than that the staff on tills are so polite and chatty.

Excellent choice on everything from food to clothes and electrical goods , shelves always well stocked , plenty of friendly and helpful staff , I now use this store instead of morrisons as the selection is as good and the prices are better , good free car park to , well worth a visit.

Nice place very nice place but ....the Bakery has nothing ready at 7am...never heard of a bakery that opens up with nothing fresh ready.. that's the whole point of going to a bakery, to get freshly made pastries etc in the morning but no ASDA here decided they'll have it all ready when they are not when the customer wants it...so 3 stars

Everything you need from grocery to clothing and electrical items. All under one roof. Personally I think quality is a bit better than other superstores and it's cheaper too. Plus lovely ladies behind customer service desk, always polite and ready to help. I do there my weekly shopping as well as every day essentials. Had some returns in the past and never any problems with them.

ASDA is always good value for money, but popped in yesterday and pretty much one isle of the freezer section was empty!!
