Store was well laid out and clean. It was well stocked for a small store. It was nice and cool in the hot weather. I liked the self service tills as they were easy to use and fast. There is also still an option for service at a till with a member of staff if self service is not for you. Lovely store!

The self service tills slow everything down. They reduce the till staff to one, so every time there is an issue with the self serve tills they have to stop serving and prioritise it. Awkward and annoying for staff and customers. Employ more staff, you will have happier staff and happier customers which encourages spending.

Some staff can be quite rude but Lorraine is always very pleasant and friendly and nothing is to much for her. Shop is usually very well stocked

I like it. It does cashback at the till, which I find the safest way of getting cashback, bearing in mind Tesco have stopped cashback at their main tills, which says alot about Tesco

Helpful staff always there if you want help with something. I always have a laugh in this store with the staff It's got a good community feeling to the shop where everyone knows each other. And also greeted by a nice smile at the checkouts.

This shop has been in Fenton for years and is a big part of Fenton. I visit it with my aunt who has dementia. The staff here are absolutely wonderful with her and she still recognises them as she has always shopped here. The prices may be a little higher sometimes but there is a good choice and the fresh food is good

Though the address is Christchurch Street, this entrance was closed some time ago. The only entrance now is around the back of the building by the public car park. Though be aware that there is no vehicular access from the car park to the shop entrance due to a barrier. So if you wish to load your shopping with out carrying it across the car park access the entrance from Baker Street. Due to a lot of people doing this the traffic wardens frequent this area often.
