Reviews of Nisa Local

Well stocked, huge variety of goods for a small supermarket, well laid out. Great selection of locally produced goods. Well worth a visit. Good parking and friendly staff.

Brilliant place to shop and the staff are wonderful, nothing is too much trouble for them even though at times it is quite a busy village store. Any problem we have had and it's very few, we have been treated with the utmost kindness and everything has been explained to our satisfaction. Thank you to all who work in our village store.

It was my first visit today and I was blown away! The first thing that caught my eye was the very welcoming carpet runner as you enter the store; it makes you feel genuinely welcomed.
I have never seen such a fabulous choice of goods for such a small supermarket. They had just about every fruit and veg in the fresh produce section, lots of different breads, cakes, etc and the chiller section was just amazing. Staff were very friendly and took their time to be careful with our goods; even wished us a good day when we left. Definitely will visit again!

Where do I start good range of products very competitive price's adequate parking also owner and staff 👍

Really good choice of groceries and size of shop, especially in a small village.
Large car park and the shop itself is accessible for wheelchair users.
My main issue with this place is that although they have several disabled spaces in front of the shop these aren't enforced in any way and are constantly used by people who don't have a blue badge. This has meant that on numerous occasions I have had to go to the Co-op in Endon instead because I can park right outside of the door.
This has been a long standing problem and I can't say that I have seen any effort to rectify the issue from staff members or management.
For me, and other disabled family members, this really makes it impossible to use this local shop.

Good local shop with a wide range of products and friendly helpful staff.
There is a newsagents and hardware store which also sells a small selection of plants.
Very large car park to the rear and a few disabled places at the front of the store.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Fruit and vegetables could be better but well stocked local store which serves a rural area. Thanks.

It's a really great place to visit tbh it's like going back to 1970( pre big three). Good selection of products. Butchers at the back. Veg section. The hardware/ gardening is really good( separate building)
As ever slightly pricy but it's a nice experience perhaps not for the weekly shop though!

NISA group local supermarket. Good range of food and drinks - including a few that most convenience stores do not have. Also has a small Garden Centre and a houshold goods store alongside. Adjacent is the newsagent section which acts as a parcel pick up point.

No longer called keiths. I think it's a Nisa now? Staff friendly. Well stocked for in the village

Seems to be a bit expensive compared to other COOP stores
Bread shelves seemed empty also.
COOP on Leek rd better.
