Great store. You can buy anything from food, to clothes, to home Accessories. Nice selection and good price's. The baby clothes selection are beautiful, and the clothes and accessories for children are good value for money. The home accessories are really nice, some really lovely blankets and towels and the Disney selection is great for Disney fans. Staff are friendly and helpful if needed.

Very accessible, good parking, easy access for disabled. First floor accessible by lift and moving floor. Ground floor is grocery, first floor cloths, electrical and home wears. The shop was not to busy and waiting time at checkout was very short.

Quick visit to asda Had a look around the store took a few pictures. Due to a few people going to the store over the weekend they have empty the shelfs of toilet roll. A few of the baby things are short on stock as well.

Plenty of stuff at good prices but I am disappointed with the lack of recyclable packaging on its products. ALDI might have less variety but more of their plastics are ♻️

Asda has always been pretty good but why have they out sourced the fresh bread, the baguettes are now still 80p but half the size and don't taste any where near as nice, not happy😔

Not happy with service today at all. Picked up a 6 pack of Frisps crisps and they were dated 3/10/20 checked the shelf for more and all but 1 pack was out of date. Reported to customer services who called for a staff member from ambient. No apology just a surprised thank you and took the 15 -18 packets and ran.

Some staff are good, some can be very rude. Hit and miss with stock levels, some days well stocked others it's like a Soviet Shop. When I go with my kids I get a better child and parent parking spot, but the other time it's quite cramped and a lot of blind junctions where you can't see. On the whole a run of the mill asda, not great, but nothing to write home about customer service wise.

I am a regular shopper at Asda Donnington unfortunately the staff are rude and arrogant, i am hoping management are starting to take covid 19 more seriously and will be more strict on people entering the store without a mask on. over 50% of people didnt have a mask on when i shopped this morning which i find shocking. shelves were empty and a mess, what are your staff doing??

An ok store of reasonable size, although have been to stores much bigger. The recent changes resulted in a much smaller choice of DVDs, Music, and electrical stuff which has ruined the store a bit and made it more boring to browse around.

Hi I have always shopped at Asda Donnington and I take my hat off for a fabulous service you are all doing. However whilst waiting to go in this morning was a shambles. I am a NHS worker and this morning it was a free for all so to speak. No one keeping their distance NHS staff had no priority. I can't put my health at risk and sadly shall go elsewhere to do my shopping. People are not taking this seriously enough .

Asda Donnington Wood is an excellent place to shop at, but before going further I will point out you can get your shopping cheaper at Aldi. Asda"s range of goods can rival any of the other Superstores, Sainsbury's, Tesco etc. All of the major brand names are available along with Asda"s cheaper range. The Delli counter is well stocked and the make as you go pizzas are excellent. The wines and Spirits stocked will satisfy 99 percent of shoppers needs. Upstairs gives the clothing area, which covers all children's and adults with very good prices. The toy range really seems a little limited but kitchenallia has really good selections. There is a pharmacy in store but from my own experience have found it to be one of the weaker arms of the store. Very often you have to go back because something is out of stock and some of the staff think they are doing you a favour to serve you. One of the good features is a returns and help desk. The store has all necessary toilets and they are cleaned regularly. Car parking is plentiful but at peak times is difficult. The petrol station I find is the cheapest around.

Disappointed with the service. Been twice in two weeks leaving with a disappointed 7 year old. Games on display but when getting to till non in stock. Lot of shelfs seem empty too. Not much choice anymore used to love Asda.

The staff here are top notch. I’m mobility impaired, and they are always helpful to me. The checkout staff and porters are a good bunch, I don’t recognise the negative and sarcastic comments that have appeared before me. Staff are always polite and generally have good interpersonal skills. A visit here is a positive experience.

I have just come back from my usual shopping trip to Donnington Asda. I do try to go on a Fri but was unable this week. But I am becoming g more and more disheartened with this store and it's staff. I am a wheelchair user and have on a couple of occasions had to ask people to move for me to get through with a disabled trolley attached to my wheelchair. But apparently "excuse me" or " could I just squeeze through please" are not goid enough. Today we were met with staff speeding round collecting shopping and was nearly hit by the same young girl at least twice and asking pitely to get past a staff member staking selves if I could get past, again politely, was met with nothing but ignorance and disdain. Week after week we are finding the staff at this store more and more ignorant and rude. I was so angry today we left with what we had. I'm getting to the point where I'm going to be doing good my main shopping elsewhere. If u work in a customer based environment then surely u should expect to have to interact with customers. I understand if someone's rude to u then feel free to be rude back in my book. But when someone has asked for ur help or asked to get passed. There's no excuse for it. It's getting ridiculous.

Can't go wrong with this Asda. A lot of selection from food to clothes and electronics due to the size of the Asda across 2 floors, friendly staff and good service. A big car park that is free to park which is a bonus along with a petrol station.

Better than the Asda at Telford Town Centre, more non-food, more lines in stock, no car park ticket refund malarky and no slow, ascend to Heaven, type escalator just to get in/out!

Workers are very rude push there big trolleys out regardless of who is walking the other way block lanes so it's impossible to pass very poor selection of frozen items this shop could be organised better and more selection of frozen foods it says something when the alcohol isle is as big as the frozen section

Today between 15.30 and 16.00 a member of staff went the extra mile for my son and got him a box of ceral from the w/house. He was restocking the ceral isle. He made my little lads day doing that for him. Thank you.

Well laid out store clothes and entertainment up stairs with easy access on a flat escalated and good restaurant and food store on ground floor can get very busy but is open 24 hours and the staff are very happy and helpful

Ascend by escalator to peruse the high fashion that is George or remain on the ground floor to hunt for grocery bargains and sample the fine wines or UK tapas that might be on promo - don't forget to top up on cheap fossil fuel
