Can get quite busy. Large range of products. Have to use either a lift or moving walkway as the supermarket is not on the ground floor.

I had to get some puppy food for our new Rotti puppy, They either have no canned puppy food when you go in and look!..... Or shelves full of them was out of luck the 2 other times I went as they had all gone, I was in luck this time so stocked up on 3 lots of puppy food and got 18 cans so they will last me for quite a while.

Good clean store nice cafe except the prices in the cafe are more expensive than in other asda stores but overall a nice place for your weekly shop and it's open 24 hours

I would like to thank 3members of staff on Monday at 7.30am. My daughter needed some needle and thread as her skirt hem was coming down. I ran into Asda and asked a member of staff which I think was called Lee and he was so helpful and friendly. He checked with 2other ladies who were also very helpful and we found the items I needed quickly. I think Lee deserves a bonus 🤞

Rarely come into this particular store but it is a large store with a high selection of food, veg and everything else, some of the staff looked a bit moody and like they didn't want to be there, but I would like to give a special shout out to Deb with red hair who was very helpful when I lost a valuable item of property, I left somewhere which wasn't in the store by accident but she noticed it and took it into/inside the store where she put it in a safe place until I came to ask for it, she was also very kind and cheerful. Thank you Deb!

Plenty of parking places. Store is above the car park with lifts for wheelchair users. All you would expect to find in an Asda store was available here.

Great customer service, however when I went in today, I was disgusted to see a teenager and his mother, both not wearing masks and the teenager was coughing around the products. Can you make sure that people are coming in with masks or kick them out?

Have to pay a pound to park which is abit annoying when I hardly carry change on me these days but you do get your car parking taken off your shop. Well priced good quality food plenty of offers that rotate week on week.

Good store. Visited tonight for fuel only had to wait 10-15mins. But the store was clean and tidy and well maintained

Such lovely, helpful staff who are doing everything they can to make your shopping experience safer and easier at this time. The Asda Telford Superstore is still pristine and very well stocked considering the current circumstances, and I just want to thank every one of their staff who I saw yesterday (at a safe distance) for all their efforts- it's truly appreciated.

Very nice place, good selection of clothing, games, milkshake, confectionery. Always keeps up with the latest trends and toys, first place to go to when looking for a certain new item. Really recommend. Only drawback is the sweets are a bit lack luster in my opinion.

Prices are reasonable, always well stocked, the freezer section is quite small, not much of a range. The cafe is fantastic, always great service, and the clothes are good quality and reasonably priced.

Plenty of parking space with a small charge (before 6pm) that can be reclaimed in store when spending over £5. Half of car park under cover with access straight into the store, so no need to get wet on rainy days. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Only downside is that the store is all on the first floor so has to be accessed via escalator or lift.

Someone complained about car parking. Not true, I haven't counted the spaces but there must be literally 100's all within easy reach of the store. I haver never seen it anywhere near full. I believe its Telford best supermarket.

I went with my son. For petrol and shopping. The petrol is unmanned so card only. It was my first time using this service. I found it easy and straightforward to use. To park before 6 you have pay. It's easy to access the shop and there is cash services available. I managed to get most of what I wanted and I had plesent coustomer service offering to help me pack.

I love this asda and the staff are so friendly! Its always well stocked too, to say its so busy so that proves how hard the staff work! There so friendly to my 3yr old son who is quite a handful an in many places staff are rude to and impatient with him.....i certainly recommend shopping here! 😀

Went to Asda Telford Town center for a pizza. Weds 21st at 20.00 the Young lady serving me was so nice very friendly and helpful she's a credit to your company. I don't know her name but telling the date and time Asda should be able to work out who it is. I hope the manager reads this and congratulates her on her customer service.

Cafe has a poor choice of dairy free snacks and only soya milk as dairy milk substitute, which most breastfeeding mums of CMPA babies can't have either. Service was slow and bordering on rude. Store is your average Asda, both Donington locally and Doncaster (my local Asda) have better stores.

Best opticians service i have had in 50 years, really helpful, I have complex vary focal light reactive lens requirements and saved over £200 on prices from 2 other high street brands even with designer frames and half what i paid with one 3 years ago. Still cheaper than previously used on line supplier.

The parking fee is to stop people parking then shopping at the town centre, so if you spend more than £5 you get your money back and when the town centre is closed Asda doesn't care if you don't pay the parking fee
