Reviews of Iceland Supermarket Telford

I have visited the Wellington Iceland store a number of times over the past few months with my son who lives in Wellington. My son has introduced me to the Harry Ramsden brand of frozen fish and chips which Iceland stocks. They have proved to be a good quality and tasty meal for me to cook whilst my wife has been in hospital. The store is fairly small but well stocked with a variety of both frozen and non frozen products.
The store is popular with local residents and we have had to wait a while as the store only having limited staffing. The staff are always very helpful and friendly .

Great selection of groceries both frozen and not frozen. All at value for money prices. Friendly helpful staff. Looking forward to shopping on Tuesdays due to the promotion .

Unfortunately doesn't sell any authentic Icelandic products, very disappointed. Also penguins allowed to wander the store is surely against health and safety?

Great prices and the Wellington store has really polite staff. I tend to prefer coming to this one instead of the town centre one these days. I just wish the selection was a little wider, but for standard staples, it's really good.
Edit: had to take one star off due to a rude duty manager called Alex who refused a voucher. We had to get head office involved to confirm they accept them. Surely, a duty manager worth their salt would ensure they knew what vouchers and gift cards the store accepted?

Not a particularly large shop but it has a good range of products, and the staff are cheerful and helpful. Very handy to have your shopping delivered for free if you spend just £20 or more. A really good service for older people or non drivers.

Friendly Staff, convenient location. Perfect home delivery service if spending above £35 so svaes having to lug frozen food through the town. Issues are sometimes a bit limited stock as fairly small and be slightly careful of pricing on some stuff you can buy in asda.
