What has happened to the foodhall? This part has really gone downhill all booze and hardly any food, it was rubbish!! Used to be so well stocked with microwave food and the 'Count on us' range was practically zero!!! Prior to lockdowns, it was my go to for such items but totally a shadow of it's forner self. Also the non microwave food has all but vanished too, shame on you M&S! No idea what fashion trends are on display at the moment but they are horrific. So one sided, only managed to buy my favourite 95%Cotton & 5% Elastine leggings and even those colours was limited. M&S has now gone too far the other way now fashion wise and seems to have forgotten it's other customers that are not into the current frilly fashion trend.

It's always a pleasure to shop in this store. The M&S food hall is also great and is much better than Waitrose in my opinion. This store is an asset to The Telford Centre.

Love the staff and deals at the M&S Telford, however, the opening hours became out of reach for those *magically* still in 9-17:30 work. The main doors shut between at 17:50 and 17:55 making return to the shopping centre impossible, and even if I grab some M&S I then need to walk in a freezing wind all around the huge empty parking at the back of the building with my toddler boy. So not worth coming 🥺

Love M&S and the staff are always lovely. The store is clean and Covid19 proofed though the long line of people at the staffed checkout does cause problems as you can't easily get to the surrounding shelves and be anything like socially distanced.

Nice and quiet so that it was easy to look around. The food hall was amazing, as usual, but what has happened to the clothes sections? There is so little choice now in relation to sizes, lengths and styles especially in casual wear areas. A bit disappointing.

Had a very pleasant experience shopping for a suit, the lovely changing room attendant helped me look for a suit and went out of her way very patiently to look up on line what I wanted and then to go and chase down the missing jacket, which was eventually found. Well stocked shop. Staff friendly and helpful. Food excellent. Unfortunately let down by the smell and state of gents toilet. Other than that if it gets cleaned up more often, the shopping is a pleasant experience.

Both staff and security are very helpful and friendly. The food in the food hall is a bit expensive but really nice and worth the money. The clothing is very good quality and if you are unhappy with the product the staff change it promptly as long as you have kept the receipt as proof of your purchase.

Had to make a mad dash into this store as my baby woke up starving hungry and was having a massive meltdown. Its great that the store has a changing/ feeding room for us mamas in need of place to be able to feed even if you've not necessarily been in the store or eating at the cafe

Don't normally shop in M&S but after trying it out I was really impressed with the quality of not only their clothes, but also the food at the café where we had a lovely light lunch with a cuppa coffee. Staff could not of been more helpful and polite. Will be shopping there again.

Visited the store today , really disappointed my wife wanted to purchase matching jacket/trousers ,had the jacket but not trousers have to travel back to Telford to collect on Tuesday another 50ml round trip after this I wanted to purchase an overcoat found one but not the size I need ,told by assistant I would have to go on line .We go to the store to make our choice and try it on ,no wonder they are closing stores. Went to Debenems purchased exactly was needed excellent service with very attentive staff aqua

Marks and Spencer at Telford town centre were excellent especially the young assistant Brianna Cheshire in the trouser and Jeans where nothing was any trouble finding the right ones for me! First class service off her! Excellent girl !!

A large Marks and Spencer store, with a Food Hall as well as the clothing departments you would expect. The store is quiet and it can be tricky to find staff. There are lots of rails packed into the space and the gaps are often narrow.

Excellent customer service from the Telford branch. I purchased a pair of shoes around 9 months ago which suddenly split across the sole. Whilst purchasing a new pair I enquired roughly how long a pair of shoes should last, and was told shoes should last longer than 9 months. After a quick conversation with Sara it was agreed I could exchange my faulty pair for a new pair. There was one pair in my size in the store, these will be held for nearly a week to enable me to collect and exchange the faulty pair. Excellent customer service

Very nice staff. I believe that it was good choice of products, unfortunately I had no time to check much- the website shows opening times 8am-8pm but I had the surprise to close at 6 pm. I only had the chance to pay for 1 item and go. Please, can you post the real opening times.

Always love a good mooch in marks especially the food hall which has some amazing christmas treats, i came looking for treats for my daughters xmas eve goodie box and wasn't disappointed. I bought a lovely pair of leather boots too bargain £45.00. I find shopping in marks relaxing the staff are always welcoming and friendly and you don't get their service in many other stores.

I thought I would find a pair of white sandals tonight, seeing as we have over ten days of July,all of August & September to go before summer is out.. but the assistant said they're gearing up for autumn now... so it's no wonder they're unlikely to get sales NOW!! Mmm M and S food. I lobe how they describe their food. Beans on toast sounds like an exotic treat from a far off land. The food is one of the best and you'll know you'll get decent food. Only 4 stars due to the range being small.

I love being here at 4.50, ready to do battle with other bargain hunters as the yellow stickers are applied. It's a real game of strategy as you wait to see how long it is before an even lower price is applied. Will those other shoppers have stolen the item from under your nose at a higher price before a new label is applied? How long can you wait to be sure that you may get the item that you're after rather than have it taken by someone else? Do you make your Move now or do you risk waiting for a few minutes longer?

Always use the toilets in here when out with the children, usually that's all we do in there but this time we actually purchased so tricolour pasta from the food Hall, which he children were very excited about having for their tea! I served it with some coliflower that I'd previously frozen and a rich cheesy sauce, it wasn't very nice really.

Short stay parking in Ash Grey car park on Sunday is £1.00. The back entrance to the store which is only a few meters from the car park is down some steps or on exit up a moving walkway. Our main objective was to buy some excellent M & S food which we did :) We were surprised that the exit walkway was unsuitable for use with a shopping trolley; the only option was to unload a manageable quantity of bags of our shopping basket and take it to our car, then return for the rest, which is not perfect if you are shopping on your own ;(

I wanted to buy the £10 meal deal but I didn't want the wine. I didn't buy it. Can I suggest that you allow customers to buy 1 main and 2 sides instead of 1 main, 1st December and 1 wine.

Really good Marks and Spencers, the shop is mainly focused on the clothing side of the business but also has a large food hall which is mainly why I visit, the food hall in Shrewsbury is larger and has more selection but you can't really fault this store as the staff are friendly and it has virtually everything you need.

This M and S is poor for weekly shopping the variety of food is limited compared to Shrewsbury and Meole Brace stores. The management have been told that this store is not good enough in choice for Telford residents that have to travel to shrewsbury to get the choice expected from such a large store. Telford poor relative this is based on many years having to complain and always end up having no choice but travelling. Telford wake up.!!!
