Not a morrisons fan as I think they are quite expensive. The store has a good variety of products and staff are helpful and friendly. Check out times are quick and there's plenty of parking

Great store with fairly good choice of produce. My only issue with the store is that they don't seem to be interested in their disabled customers allowing cash point cripples or the 'I'll only be a minute' shoppers or idiots in sports cars to park in the disabled bays... I'm fed-up waiting for a space or parking further away from the store. I am on crutches and use a wheelchair!

It's great. The place has most everything you need and doesn't make you pay twice as much as it's actually price (*cough cough*) unlike sainsbury it actually has a decent price for everything. I strongly and I mean STRONGLY recommend this store to everyone who wants good quality foods/clothing and good quantities for a decently low price.

Popped into Morrison's after I'd been to the Dentists, Bread and Doughts tasted Delicious which are baked in-store,Very easy to get round the Store, They've changed it and all the isles are bigger and wider to get round, Staff were Brilliant and all Customers kept to there 2metres and all had there Masks on, Well worth a look if your passing.

Checkout staff really helpful and lovely on Tuesday night. The girl running up and down the tills was amazing and helped me with my shopping which I was trying to carry as thought I wouldn't need a basket. A credit to Morrisons for having a wonderful member of staff. Her name was Emma and she was lovely.

Although my overall experience was good produce wise, I feel the store should put into place stricter rules at the moment(one way systems) although I am aware and appreciate thay every aisle or item can't be manned, I watched people prodding meats, squeezing bread, picking things up and putting them back and not using gel between and people literally cramming into aisles and all the way down the freezer aisle while queuing a man in his 60s was running his hand all along the freezers?! Not the staffs fault obviously as he should know better! I was served by a really lovely lady on till 7 called and at about 1pm today and even she commented on how nonone seems to be social distancing in any way. For the people carrying on like normal and have no fear of doing so, just take into consideration not everyone is at that stage yet, myself being one of those as I have a 4 month old boy to feed so can't afford to be ill in hospital, and people have families who are shielding so just be considerate.

I come here on a regular basis either on my own or with family. The food never disappoints and the staff are friendly and professional. The menu is quite extensive and is always presented nicely. Special shout out to the manager Lou, and Tara, both of whom always have a smile to give no matter how busy they are. Great little place to have on Lawley Square.

This is our local supermarket which has recently undergone a refurb. They stock an extensive range of products. Fruit and veg, deli and instore bakery are particularly good. Prices are quite keen too. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the checkout staff are always friendly and polite. They don't rush you. Recommended

The aisles are far too long. You get your I have not seen you in a while shopper's talking to each other in the middle of the aisle causing chaos. Smaller aisles you could dart away. Layout not the best. But has everything you need for a weeks shop.

It's generally not too busy in this store and everyone is very friendly and helpful. There is also a range of smaller shops and takeaways nearby. However Morrisons are going to erect plate recognition cameras in the carpark with a view to limiting just how long you can park to just three hours which is going to be very restrictive and may result in shop closures and fewer customers for this good supermarket.

Hi I am a very regular customer at the Morrisons lawley and I just cannot express how proud I am of Morrisons Lawley and Morrisons in general. Being an NHS worker, I want to say a big thank you to everyone of you for the 10% discount for NHS and most especially to Morrisons Lawley for the beautiful Christmas gift for all the residents at the Lawley Bank Court Extra Care Retirement living. I've really valued this store during lockdown. Whilst the likes of Sainsbury seemed to always have a queue outside (I realise that it is a very popular store) the system at morrisons seemed to mean that I got access to the shop quicker. the shelves were generally well stocked and the staff really helpfukl anf friendly, including on the tills. The bottleneck seemed to be when queuing to pay. Places at each till are allocated from a single queue, which is fairer but played havoc with my ice lollies. Overall they have gained my loyalty. not exclusively but definitely regularly.

Imagine my disappointment as I arrived here, my in pocket, ready to spend all of my hard earned savings (£9.54) on Dire Straits records only to find that there was not one, not a single one in stock. Not only that but it looks like there is no records whatsoever. It seems vinyl has been replaced by vegan food. On the upside though I got hot chicken goujons and chips for like £3. A lovely young lady served me by the name of Aisha. I hope to one day take her hand in marriage.

Average store small for as supermarkets go in the UK usually quite difficult to find staff to help out and prices are always wrong when at the check out. However the store is clean.

Much better choice and quality than Asda and much cheaper than sainsbury (Tesco doesn't get a mention as it's by nature rubbish). Stock is usually pretty good apart from bread, which you might only get 50% of the time. Much quieter than the other big stores. Good fresh meat and fish (always check any reduced you buy though as the dates can be way off). Good baked goods and sweet stuff such as cakes (the Banoffee waffle is devine) Cafe is ok. Self service checkouts are loud as Heck though.

Store is in a mess at the moment. Checkout staff, all of them are lovely, especially Jess, very helpful lady. Fish counter has gone very down hill, we bought fish that had to be chucked the next day, not so fresh as stated. I would give the checkout and counter staff 5 stars. The 3 stars is for the rest of the store. Sliced bread no where near the bakery, what bright spark!!! Also Morrison's should be more active in monitoring the disabled spaces outside as they are being abused. Hopefully they will get a move on with the remodelling and hopefully return to being a great Morrison's store.

But since the referb they dont seem to have the same variety of products that they had before and what they still have there seems to be less of it. Probably to make room for the new stuff. Shame really. But still a good fair priced supermarket. And I personally think across the board, it's a lot cheaper than Aldi.

Morrison's is a great place to shop, garden plants indoor plants are welcome signs at the entrance. All you need for your weekly shop, at a reasonable price. Take time to sit down and enjoy a cosy hot cuppa with a friend. The staff are friendly and the old ways of weighing meat fish etc gives a special personal touch. Also there is public toilets. Always enjoy a hot chocolate or cappuccino in.tbr Morrison's Cafe. Light and airy venue where you can get light bite and watch the shoppers go by. The staff are young, friendly and there is very pleasant, relaxed feel to the cafe.

Call me old fashioned but would it be too much trouble for one of the checkout stàff to acknowledge you are there. Also, my arm is in a cast and she never even offered to help with my packing. Just carried on talking to a colleague about how hot it is and how she used to love the sun but now can't handle it. Just rude.

My local corner shop. The nearest as well as the largest I've ever had! It is so good I now do most of my food shopping there. However after a recent revamp it went down from five stars as a significant number of items I regularly buy were dropped. When I quizzed a senior member of staff over this I was told there was a new clothing range in store - it was for kids! I believe the chap needed new glasses as I grew out of these around 60 years ago! He also said there was a large range of kitchen equipment, again something not exactly short of having been interested in producing good food/meals since my teens. Was he taking the Michael? Well I am not amused, hence 4*

LOADS better than asda at Telford Town crt, for rules applied to Covid 19, But Still needs to be more strict with customers, Asda Telford center was RIDICULOUS a couple of days ago, going up Escalater wasn't to bad BUT must have been 80/90 customers on an NOT social distancing at all, I complained to Security an they WASN'T interested at all??? Not happy at Asda at all, but Morrisons Lawley better, BUT public not listening???
