L. L.An ok Tesco but product choice is limited due to smaller size. I much prefer bigger stores. A handy Tesco though for everyday essentials.
p. F.I fell out of love with Tesco for a while, but with a clubcard discount it actually makes it top of my list again. Well done Tesco!
a. v.Absolutely beautiful place. Direct access to the beach. Fabulous for families and a dog friendly beach.
d. d.Ok for odd items, but expensive..clubcard deals are pathetic..ie: normal price£12.50, clubcard price£2.50 so it looks like you're getting a good deal!!

R. R.Nice friendly staff who work hard keeping the store tidy and well stocked. Everyone has been friendly when I have had a query. Only gripe is that the staff sit on the floor outside smoking which isn't a good luck. Maybe a smoking shelter in an inconspicuous place is needed.
r. g.Visited yesterday to pick up a few things. One of the managers there was really nice and helpful assisting me with looking for batteries. Then there was an older guy at the checkout who was so friendly and welcoming.
After leaving I had to turn back round due to forgetting an item . This time I used teh self checkout. There was a small heavily tattooed female there . I asked her if she could remove the security to tag kn my batteries. Her response was 'pay for it first' and turned her back to serve someone else.
I then paid for the batteries and she send a colleague over to remove the tag instead. I informed the colleague that she was very rude and abrupt for no reason. Her colleague offered nothing in the way of an apology or anything on her behalf, just disregarded what I was saying .
To whoever that young female was on self checkouts yesterday afternoon, you need to learn some manners and basic customer services skills !

M. S.I use this store a lot, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I have two gripes, firstly when offers have ended take off the shelf labels, it's really annoying to think you have a bargain when it's actually full price, secondly do you really have to have the stock in the middle of the aisle when shelves are being restocked, it's very inconvenient.
K. J.Good overall selection of food and groceries with friendly, helpful staff. Extended opening times help those that work late hours. Deli counter is generally good and the fresh fish counter is excellent. Sadly no butchers counter hence 4 stars. Very good selection of wines, beers and spirits though.
C. W.Visited on Thursday 10 August 2017 for the first time. Found the store well laid out with a reasonable choice and wide aisles. The signage is not brilliant but it seems ok. Good car park and pedestrian access.
R. P.I'm here all the time. As a shop, it's fantastic for stock levels and availability. Staff are always talking via the headsets, having sly looks at their phones while on checkouts or manning the self service points unfortunately. Bex, one of the managers I think, needs to get a longer shirt or tuck it in a little better, always see her belly when she's reaching up, it's hard to miss!

G.I was worried about going shopping today with everything that is happening, but the Madeley store was marvelous, so well organised with the measures they had in place for everyone's safety, information given while you waited outside and a warm welcome from staff all at a safe distance. Thank you for all your hard work it is appreciated.
p. a.Was disappointed with cashier usually they're ok but yesterday I was disappointed with the checkout assistant didn't want to pass time of day and felt as though I was having to rush my packing very disappointed with them

P.Big store when you can do all your shopping under one roof sells practically everything you need for home garden and car wide range of clothing for women men and children all your grocery shopping needs magazines books DVDs game consoles and games for entertainment sells TV and radios cups plates kettles toaster etc can be a bit more expensive on certain products but do have regular sales and promotions so you can pick up a bargain or two if you keep looking plenty of car parking spaces and a cafe as well
