What can I say. It's a supermarket that sells frozen food. All the frozen stuff is frozen The chilled stuff is chilled and the ambient food is at room temperature. They've always got stock and are always open during they're opening hours. I also like that Staff like to stay hidden and don't interact with customers apart from the ones on checkout who always ask how my day is and tell me to enjoy the rest of it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that is looking to buy fresh frozen or ambient items 👌👌

I go to Iceland in Watford when we need to fill the freezer and everytime I visit I find the new combinations of food put together amazing. They always are well stocked and if they aren't then it us normally down to a delivery being late. There is a good size carpark and there is always spaces. The staff are always accommodating and always cheerful which shows they enjoy their work. Their patience at times has been pushed to the limits but they keep a cool head and can normally solve the issue. A good place to shop and always have what you need and more.

Not a regular shopper at Iceland but popped in other evening. Only about 3 other people in there so plenty of room to move around. Just got a few essentials and big bag of frozen Beef mince which is handy. Can use what I want then put rest back in fridge. Good range of non frozen item too. Iceland even do Beef mince with or without onion in which is a bonus if you have not got a spare onion or don't want to cut up re time. Sorted.

Inexpensive, cheap.... Not anymore. Their prices seem to be OK for the most part but I noticed that a lot of their products are cheaper from Tesco and Sainsbury. I'm shopping at Iceland less and less now.

Some good some not so good frozen produce, but my main reason for the average rating is that on two occasions we have been overcharged when checking our receipt when leaving. Both times an item was allegedly scanned twice in error. I not noticed the last time because it was a small shop and the frozen pork joint came up as £10 not £5. If it had been a large shop it would not have been noticed. No arguments when questioning the error. So be warned, check your till receipt religiously.

Have been most impressed by the variety and quality of products offered. Pricing is extremely competitive. Watford store has a car park at the rear, very convenient. However, make sure you use the pay and display system. You get the £1 back in store with your shopping. Also, make sure you park within the marked bays otherwise you risk getting a ticket!

Just across the road is a Sainsburys where you can get the same branded goods for often 20% plus more. Good prices Own brand good quality. Quick service. Pleasant staff. Free delivery if you buy more than £20 in store, or £35 online. Bonus card £1 for every £20 you put in it. What's not to like. The sensible thing is to use Iceland and if you want something not stocked then go 100 m.to Sainsburys and get more obscure items or goods on offer.

Food good price but theirs never enough staff on the tills and pretty much always one till open which leads to long queues which have trolley customers mixed with basket customers with just does not work. Could do with a express checkout just for baskets.

There are no geysers at this Iceland but lots of ice cold products that turn hot once they've been in a microwave oven for ten minutes. Good value for money on the whole. Except the fruit which can be a tad pricey.
