l. m.Can someone explain the use of the old man at the post office side who just stands there trying to look busy when it gets busy on the shop side.. all the other staff are cross trained on the tills and the post office. When he’s working it’s a waste of an employee

a. i.The lovely Young man Tish in the store always helpful customer service is exceptional there’s hardly any drinks in the drinks section and when he’s working there I’m able to get the drinks I’m after although it isn’t a big deal it’s a satisfaction. He always manages to make me laugh
