S. S.Moved the trolley cleaning things outside before you pick up the trolleys .There used to be ready cleaned trolleys to pick up ,so I got inside and only saw the cleaning stuff on my way out.
Not much on the shelves really. Not many Xmas themed goodies. Certainly not in the dessert section. I feel the dates on their products, are generally for use within a couple of days.
J. R.Great service and good advice given by the member of staff in wine and spirits area. He was busy but still helped me and a number of other people with his knowledgeable recommendations.
D. P.This was my first visit to Waitrose Woking in all the years I've lived here. I had a £20 gift card. Parking was free and the Car Park massive. First impressions of the store were it was modern and bright. Shopping was good and the set up logical. The prices seemed a little bit expensive... but I'm assured the quality is good. The staff on the checkout were a delight. Friendly and helpful. PLUS.. you're offered a free cup of tea to unwind after the shop. Only the prices let the shop down.
j. n.I like Waitrose, but I do think your money doesn’t go as far. Having said that, they do have special offers, which can make some things very reasonable. The food is good quality in my opinion, and I find things here that are different. Today I got some turmeric latte.
If you join their Waitrose scheme, you get vouchers through the post and free tea and coffee when you go in and make a purchase.
The one in Goldsworth Park has a small playground area outside and there are other shops nearby as well as a nearby petrol station.
S. K.This is one of the larger Waitrose's where you can do your full weekly shop. They have a small to-go section, an inside butcher, bakery, fishmonger as well as the usual supermarket aisles.
They often have good discounted items for the savvy shopper as well as specialist spices and marinades / sauces.
Outside, there is a large car park to the front and a small park to the side for children.
M. G.Slightly larger store but staff are not helpful to transient customers seeking specific products. Perhaps the store does not carry these but the staff should be genuine in their disposition. This store has a larger inventory than the other stores in the greater Woking area with more generous parking stalls.

K. J.Gail served me at the till today and I just wanted to say how much of a beautiful person she is. I have never received that kind of service in a supermarket in my life. She is just so kind and genuine and because of her I will be doing every shop at Waitrose from now on. She is the absolute definition of perfect customer service! Waitrose are very lucky to have her! In fact all of the staff are so kind and helpful, it really makes all the difference. And also, they have a fantastic vegan range!!!!

With Waitrose you get what you pay for. Not the cheapest supermarket if you want budget items but the quality of their own brand products is high. Shelves are well stocked and the store is tidy. Members of staff here are always helpful and know their stuff. Pleasure to shop here.

A. L.This Waitrose has been very good durung the pandemic, good control of numbers/queuing, cleaing trolleys, particularly impressed with the foot operated hand sanitizer station. It is only a small branch but has a good selection of things, however for some things you might need to visit a larger branch somewhere. The staff here are always friendly and helpful.

J. J. M.I used the self scan for the first time in Waitrose and must say i was very impressed, not only can i see a running total of what i had got, it also beeped to tell me that i had picked up a buy one get one free item which i hadn't noticed the offer for, so that was helpful.
The store had a wide variety of high quality products, easy to find in the aisles and very helpful staff.

N. R.As they have to compete with other supermarkets their prices are now fair. The food etc is of good quality. And for me it's handy and in a lovely location. Downside Sat/ Sun it tends to run low on certain items which is just bad organising as it is a 7 day opening!
P. T.Bi-weekly shop. It's very popular so don't go in with pre-conceived ideas of what you are going to eat because sometimes it just isn't there! What is there is normally very good. Staff are very helpful.
e. l.Waitrose is a great shop for people local and visiting. Like many others have said it can be a bit pricey especially meat however they always have deals so that gets it down to a good price. They have deal baskets with things which are reduced and I think its a very good idea. It has everything you want from personal health and skin care to veg and meat. Parking is free and I'd open most of the time. Favourite local shop!

Obviously considerable more expensive than other stores, but quality products.
S.Of course as most people know, anyone who does their weekly food shop in Waitrose is a person with more money than sense. But I have been noticing something very shocking lately in here: ACTUAL BARGAINS! For example, a twin pack of Kleenex Balsam Tissues (standard size) at £1.75. This is actually better than ANY of the other supermarket offers - the least I've seen them down to is £2 in Morrison's when they're on offer there. Waitrose is also now the only supermarket to sell the safe sugar version of Grenadine - the most beautiful fruit squash on the planet.
But usual extortionate pricing levels aside, what does mark Waitrose out is the outstanding customer service. Everyone in that shop from Customer Services to the manager to the till staff to the shelf stackers are ALWAYS willing to help you, and seem very genuinely keen to, not the usual kind of dour looks you often get in other supermarkets. I've been in time and time again to this branch and the level of customer service has always been the same.

Not busy. Haven't been for sometime. A pleasant experience! And had everything I wanted.
T. G.A few days ago I arrived at the store at closing time and got some groceries. I went to the tobacco counter to pay and I realised I forgot my wallet.
There was a young gentleman who served me decided off his own back to pay which I insisted he did not have to.
Given the current circumstances I cannot thank him enough.
I also work in retail and I would not normally be allowed by my bosses to do such a thing so I would not want to get anyone into trouble so I hope he doesn’t but all the same I believe he needs applauded for going above and beyond and making his own judgment call.
If he sees this message he will know who he is!

A. S.They have a pretty good organic selection but their baby food section is poor. Parking is easy and there's not often a huge queue at the checkouts.

Quite often let down down by lack of what you are looking for.
Suddenly the Waitrose quick check app doesn't work on the in-store wi-fi. Why is that?
K. G.Great products but the amount of stock trolleys on the floor is so annoying. Really small isles and when it`s busy you have to ask to get at produce again and again. The staff are really nice and I love shopping there but lose the trolleys! The wine guy is tops too.
L. W.This is a pretty good Waitrose for me as it's convenient to get to after I walk my dog. It's obviously pricey, it's Waitrose after all, but the food you get is definitely of a higher quality. Decent amount of parking available during midweek evenings.

R. F.The aisles are spacious with plenty of room to get round. However staff are very thin on the ground depending on time of day and the store is not as well laid out as other branches of Waitrose. Hence it's sometimes awkward to find what you want. In addition stock levels seem to be low as shelves in store are often empty
A. A.A bit small compared to other Waitrose but you get a good selection.
During weekends, you will get staff stacking up the shelves and blocking most of the aisles with their trolleys.
Some members of staff are really helpful but you will find some of the younger ones are only there to chat with their friends and will resent being disturbed, this is the minority though.

s. b.Staff friendly but lazy when it comes to manning the hot drinks machine, out of decaffeinated tea bags!? No soya milk cartons after having already paid for a second drink and cows milk jug filthy inside looked like it had never been cleaned only continuously topped up unlike bagshot branch who clean it out after everytime its empty before refilling.
M. L.The layout of this Waitrose is a bit weird. I think it is because almost all supermarkets I frequent you enter on the left and work your way round clockwise to the right this place is the opposite. Customer service and coffee station right by the door is a bit of a choke point too. Like the the free coffee and selection but prices can be higher than other supermarkets. That said the coffee beans I like are always cheapest here.
U. n.Waitrose was fine but the location seems to have problem with young undesirables stealing items and shouting and swearing so I wouldn't advise a visit and won't be returning.

Q. A.The shops (including Waitrose) continue to be as good as ever, however "easy access" "good central car park" "spacious car park" no longer applies since so many spaces have been allocated to the new hospice. That is the reality, irrespective of the cause.
M. Y.Amazing customer service today from a lovely young lady called Carly who went above and beyond and could not do enough to help. The young man (sorry I did not get his name) she sent out within the hour with an addition to our delivery was chatty, apologetic for the mistake, and just a pleasure to deal with.

It has been known for me to refer to the Ladies as my "Waitrose Wenches" when I send them a Christmas card. They are a friendly lot at Waitrose, Goldsworth Park.
