D. B.I have been using Bookers Worcester branch to supply my business for many years. It would be fair to say that we have had our ups and downs and there have been occasions where they have let me down. However, yesterday they excelled. Despite huge problems with staff absence, and a call to say they would not be able to make my delivery, the staff who were available must have worked their socks off to get everything done and my delivery arrived mid afternoon. I have been the first to complain when they have messed things up so felt it was only fair to publicly commend them for yesterday's efforts. Well done Team Booker and thankyou.
N.Really friendly staff, very helpful. They have most of what you’re looking for. Sometimes you will be better off getting frozen goods from the supermarket as they’re often sold at greater discounts

Plenty of stock available, Great offers on popular items. Vast array of food and non food items for all types of catering or related businesses. Bulk buys are money saving too which really helps with larger catering sizes of popular brands.

Always the same when I "nip in", i come out with more than i needed 😄. The staff are always polite when you get to the tills.

S. K.OK for a top up for our shop, it's a shame they don't cater more for retail as there is no alternative locally, so we rely on delivery. Still major stock shortages & core items missing, but staff are helpful & it's actually a more pleasant place than a couple of years ago.
