This store is always well stocked and presented. The staff are friendly and talkative. There is a great range of both frozen and fresh products. Don't make the assumption it is all unhealthy frozen junk food. It isn't. There is loads of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh dairy and pasta. It is located next to the car park and has easy access to load into your car. It's wheelchair accessible.

Busy but can't expect it not to be with such good prices. Check out girl was fast, a bit too fast for me! But we were thro the tills in just a few minutes so worth it to get out! Well stocked too!

Fully stocked loads of choice with different ranges of price to suit individual purse. Loving the Slimming World range and special offers they have, and you just cannot beat a box of broken biscuits for when your home with a brew! The only negativity is the how clean the shop is and some of the shelves was like a jumble sale.

Iceland in Worcester was so good today when I visited. I got everything I was looking for with no problems. For the last two weeks I have not been able to buy Stilton cheese in many stores. Went into Iceland and there was lots of it . I was very impressed. Very good fruit and veg which was fresh and clean looking. Easy to get around the store and served promptly . Excellent choice of quality wines today and I bought 2 very good wines at 2 for £10. It has the advantage of being next to the car parking so I can easily take the shopping to my car. I dont have to go out doors as it's all in the crowngate shopping complex. Pleasant and helpful staff. Today was a really nice experience.

Disppointed to find lines have been dropped like truffle chips and bags of clams in the shell which I was able to buy last Christmas and earlier this year. Nice selection of wine though . Too much space taken up by pizza and puddings rather than a wider variety of meat, fish and vegetables

I live in a 2 story flat and I usually go down the stairs and fetch my delivery but a man with mental issues left the bottom door open and ( Andy ) a delivery driver for Iceland at the Worcester branch he came in and carried the heavy bags up the stairs to my place . I was very impressed by this act of kindness and quite humbled to say the least .

I've always had a positive experience here, I was very happy this morning as I was able to find everything that I was looking for; it was good to see that the store are clearly taking precautions re. Covid, they have an area by the entrance which has wipes and hand sanitiser so that customers are able to clean their hands and trolleys/baskets. Fantastic

A nice bright and good sized store. Placed right by the car park so you don't have to carry the shopping too far either. A good selection of fresh fruit, veg and meat as well as a good range of frozen food. Friendly staff. Definitely a favourite shop when in Worcester. However, disappointed that the slimming world freezers have been moved from the entrance area of the store.

The store is located inside Crowngate Shopping Centre on the ground floor. It is a centrally located store for a quick shop on your visit into town. The store also offers delivery for orders above £25. The staff are friendly and helpful.

With the prices always on the low side too, so you get more for your money, and get free delivery if you spend £25 or more, lceland are always coming up with ways to improve on their quality, which they do all the time, I always come away with more than I need, and money in my purse 👛 fantastic!! 🍟🍰🍨🍔

Well it got refurbed last year or year before so much bigger now I don't know if anyone remembers what it was like before but it was dark and poky with narrow isles but like I said before they have made it bigger which is much better.more space to get around and if you go at the right time of day you can not only take it easy without getting shoved out of the way by someone rude but you can get straight to the till and out of there.i gave it 4 cause of a rude member of staff it would have been 5* otherwise.
