I recently placed my first online order from Jessica's Sweet Shop and I was so impressed. Two grab bags for £5 was an amazing bargain, such a great assortment of treats all at such reasonable prices too! Delivery was great and also well priced, arrived quickly and well packaged. I'll be buying from again and highly recommend.

After a horrid experience in the school shop it was a breath of fresh air to have such amazing customer service!! I had my four children with me (youngest is behind in his development). One of the assistants noticed I was struggling with the pick and mix and offered to help! These two ladies are angels 😇. I didn’t get chance to get their names but they made my day.

Got these ordered in April and I've had more previous to this. I swear they get better every time. Been meaning to leave a review and I shall be ordering again soon. Great value with the pouches! Thank you, Jessica

Lovely sweets and very quick delivery. Only down side is that out of 4 platters I ordered for gifts 3 contained duplicate items with no discussion for substitutes or cancellation. Would order again if this would be able to be solved in future

I would recommend their products. Their sweets, drinks and confectionery are amazing. There is literally so much to choose from. There products are slightly overpriced. Reeces and Jolly Rancher are much cheaper elsewhere. However, be cautious when taking your child. The only issue I have is the way they speak to children if they touch some of the sweets with their hands. I have heard them speak to children from as young as 3 quite scarily, loudly and abruptly to them, upsetting that child and of course, the parent in the process. Children will not know what is right or wrong in that situation. I think the staff should approach that child friendly, gracefully and respectfully, rather than splurging out words abruptly for everyone to hear in the store. It's embarrassing for that child and the poor parent. Plus, it can create longlasting anxiety for that child. It does appear two members of staff do this, definitely one and it makes them look completely out of touch with children and questions whether it's right for them to work in a sweet shop. When I become a parent, I will not take my child there because I've seen this far too many times and it's really sad to see.

I have ordered for the first time from Jessica's Sweets, most of the things came were good, however I received a pack of milk duds 10 months out of date. The product I ordered did not state that these were out of date, by law you are supposed to mark these as best before so that we know we're buying it past sell by date. Most of these Milk Duds are inebable and they're not cheap either. The apple bon bons I received were also out of date. I usually order these from another website, they usually have the tell tale signes of splotching and going gooey when I haven't eaten them quick enough, these arrived like this. I also ordered some gummy smiles, which are the clear gummies as per the picture, I received foamy smiles which were not what I ordered. I haven't spoken directly to Jessica's sweets, the other stuff I ordered was good though.

Far and away the best place to buy sweets from online. Excellent prices and the customer service is out of this world. This has to be the best sweet shop and sweets I have ever had! Something for the whole family from there wasabi nuts to huge pick n mix bags they really do deliver on quality and variety.
