M. K.Lovely little shop with the perfect amount of convenience items. We were helped by a lovely employee ‘Molly’ who found us a lost item and served us at the checkout. Really friendly and brightened the day of my grandmother and I. Thank you!

J.I was served by Kerry today and I wanted to say thank you because we had gone somewhere else and the customer service was shocking. Not enough gratitude is shown to employees in retail who go that extra mile to make customers feel valued. Thank you.
D.Really convenient. Good selection of meat for either the Sunday lunch or the outdoor bbq. Huge booze selection of white and red wine, prosecco ( I recommend the organic because its lovely, it doesnt give you hesrtburn and its £9.50) and also the Tsingtao lager £2 a bottle.
o.Expensive as hell but if you're after something different for dinner, something a bit more special then it has far more interesting and delicious wares that Sainsburys/Tesco/Morrisons. I bought lunch for myself, dinner for my wife and I and a box of shortbread for the office and it came to £67.
C. D.Staff here are ALWAYS lovely . I take my dad shopping here every Thursday or Friday and the experience is so good , I also do my full weekly shop here now to . My son who has Autism also comes along and finds this shop better than many .
Last week my dad was not well in this store and the staff did all they could to asist him . These are the little things that really make a big difference in my eyes . Great prices , great staff what more do you want from a shopping experience
R. M.New M&S Foodhall just opened, completion for the other supermarkets in the area. Very convenient as there is plenty of parking available and other stores close by. Very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Also Click & Collect available.
a. m.From the moment we went to get our trolly. The staff where exceptional. We had our trolly handle wiped with a smile. Through to the check out again nothing was to much trouble and also with a smile. Every thing we need was available, so a good experience and would recommend to all.
J.Not as pricy as you would imagine considering the quality. Lovely weekend treats. Loaded pizza deal is great. Fabulous bread. They do flowers, cards and wrapping paper as well as food and drink.
S. K.Love M&S Blackpole. Staff very friendly. Only niggle is trying to adhere to the social distancing once inside. Some people simply don't understand the rules. Food tho is great.....always a treat.

R. C.Flowers and champagne are sub par (perhaps because of mother's day). The rest is is normal with subnormal to high prices on many things, and posh M&S things mixed in like posh hotdogs, vegan burgers and fancy hand made/ hand cut crisps.
All in all, reminds me of the small Tesco Express where it has most things, but you will not get the whole supermarket experience as you would, lets say in a Tesco or Asda.
To sum it up, a meh experience mixed with higher than average pricing, good if you're in to the whole M&S ethos I guess, not so good if you're an average family trying to do your weekly shop and with some kind of budget in mind.
