Lovely young girl called Hannah in men's wear helped us with trying to find "the one pair left in store" jeans. Went out of her way and found them. Very helpful & polite.

We went to the cafe on Saturday whist doing the brilliant elephant trail. We needed 3 tables for all the family. A brilliant cafe employee called Adam helped us enormously. He cleaned the seating,tables and the floor and then he cleaned the high chair. He went over and above and made our visit so pleasant and safe. Thank you Adam. Excellent work ethic and attitude

Went it to pick up lunch to find all scotch eggs gone. Very helpful staff member, Lucy, went off and found some in another section. Gastropub eggs, more expensive, but lunch was saved so thank you.

Came in today to Worcester High street shop, was well looked after by two lovely ladies. I needed shoes for work, as there were none in essential shop one of the ladies got me them from other end of shop! I am very grateful for both of them for helping me today when they didn't need to. Pleasant lunch with good window view. Service and product good but could be improved. We arrived for lunch on a very cold Sunday and managed to find the cafe in Mark's and Spencer's. It is a little hidden on the second floor so could do perhaps with more clear signage. The Good The staff were polite and professional in dress and conduct while taking and responding to our order. The cafe had adequate seating so we had no trouble finding a spot with a pleasant view out the window. Whilst eating lunch, we were not constantly asked "are you okay" throughout which allowed the social nature of lunch to be sufficiently enjoyed. Salad was provided with the jacket potato I ordered which was nice and healthy. Areas for development We forgot one of our items from the tills so whilst a member of staff very kindly brought it to us, it was him following us to a table we were still trying to choose which made me feel a little uncomfortable. I personally would have preferred him waiting until we had settled down before coming over. The products while reasonably expensive yet seemed good quality although my jacket potato was not warm when it reached my table despite us quickly tucking in. The portion size was quite small and it was not very clear where to get cutlery from. Clearer signage and generosity would have improved this and possibly a ramekin or bowl to hold the potato rather than just on the plate with the cool salad to alleviate rapid cooling.

Cannot fault the foodhall for cleanliness, stock and customer service. I'm not keen on self-serve but a really nice lady guided me through the process (while self distancing). Her instructions were clear & friendly. Thank you M&S

Marks & Spencer used to be quite pricey at one time, but they've reduced prices considerably, over the last couple of years. They still have the better quality, more expensive clothing in stock as well though, so the shop suits a wider range of prices & therefore people, nowadays. Staff are very helpful & friendly.

Nice site in a nice area. The store is laid out well, on three floors. Due to its size it stocks everything you would want. It's staff seem professional and were always friendly to me. There are toilets on the upper floor which were cleaned regularly. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area.

Grood place if you want something from Marks and Spencer. Restaurant is good food although find it over priced. Service is quick enough. Shop is OK although I don't buy clothes there as those are too expensive 'oldies' fashion. But if you want a good cheese scorn definitely going to the bakery.

Ready good size store with several levels, all served by lift and escalator. Children's section is in the basement with a good selection of clothing. Ground floor is ladies fashion and the upper floor is menswear and a restaurant. Food is normal very good here but can sometimes be a wait at peak times. Probably my only complaint would be that some of the sections can feel a little cramped to get around and I've seen please with pushchairs struggling. Everything is always clean and tidy, staff are always welcoming and happy to help.

Nice supermarket with a large selection of ready to eat food. The sushi wasn't half bad amd the ice creams are delicious. I was worried they wouldn't take my foreign debit card but it turned out fine. Didn't have a chance to look at their clothes upstairs but it seemed quite spacious. It's been a while since we have visited Worcester Mark's & Spencer. I found 2 sweaters to try on but not happy about the size. I feel they are not correct to spec so a disappointing visit. Also M & S need to do some repair work in the ladies toilets. To have no lock on a door is disgusting.

Went for a bra fitting to buy one for a bridesmaid dress and there was a lady called Gel (I think!), who measured me up and was absolutely fabulous. The bra fitting service is amazing, such good service! Got myself exactly what I needed and a few extras, they even let me wear my new fitting bra out and had my old "crappy" bra in my bag! Thank you M&S! Happy customer.

Usually find M&S a bit expensive but due to a big sale there were lots of bargains around. Full marks to the coffee shop - nice food and drinks on offer at decent prices. As l was visiting Worcester and we don't have a branch near us, it was nice part of our trip.

Bureau de Change -One of the busiest Saturdays leading up to the holiday season - 11 people waiting in front of us in the queue for foreign currency. Only one person servicing. After about 15 minutes another member of staff is drafted in only to announce upon her arrival that she ‘Can’t serve but can count’ - that’s reassuring!! Other staff milling around and having ‘chats’ on the comfy chairs whilst the customers wait in an ever-increasing line..... When we did eventually get to the front however both staff members were very pleasant and helpful and apologized for the delay. Just need to sort out staff ratios at busy times.

I love the cafe with its glutenfree buns and cakes. The lady behind the til even realised not to give a gluten cookie together with my coffee. Clever and helpful. So I can recommend the cafe for people with gluten intolerance. Next to this, I like the shop too with friendly and helpful personel.

Always loved M&S but after having taken an item back because it had a hole in it (and this is not the first time) I was told by a very aragant staff that in all her years working there she has never seen or heard of such a complaint before (virtually calling me a liar). Not happy as I have shopped here for many many years and would never return anything unless it was warranted. Sort you staff out. Wish I had taken her name!!

Ok visit staff polite it was as usual to find that the jogger bottoms had only one pair of size 14 long length. This is a problem every time I wish to purchase in the shop rather than online, why not stock more there were plenty of short and reg however they shrink so I buy long to allow for shrinkage. So as ever I will order online and make yet another journey into town to collect them.

The food hall is great with friendly staff. A good selection on the fashion floors. The beauty department upstairs is a little gem with brands such as Nuxe, Ren and Roger et Gallet as well as M&S own brand. There's a large cafe upstairs too which is nice and light.
