You get what you pay for. Pricey but good quality throughout the store. Very clean, well run and spacious. I heard the Waitrose gave £4k of turkeys out as food parcels over Xmas. From this store alone. Good for them, if not for turkeys

Shop was organised. All staff were lovely. Ordered sushi to collect. Might have been slightly too much rice vinegar as the taste was over powering. I am sure it was a one off. Staff sorted a special platter out for us.

As a regular Waitrose shopper, what is not to like about this store? Spacious and airy and clean and an excellent range of products.

There's only one reason why this place gets 5 stars and that's the sushi bar! Not only do they have great little dishes but the sushi platters are the best. The sushi is all freshly prepared so you can't just pop in and collect unless you call them and order ahead. I always pick up a tube of wasabi, bottle of soy and some ginger as the little sachets aren't quite enough for me!

We have to travel 15 miles to shop here but it is always worth the effort. Waitrose quality is excellent. The shop is particularly spacious and well provided with parking spaces. You get what you pay for. Lovely food. Just a shame that the stock levels are poor. The frozen section is always half empty. The fresh section the dates are quite short. So of you buy fresh, then make sure you check the dwtes, as you can be caught out within a few days.

Ordered lunch in Worcester it was served I was facing the kitchen the young chef stood by the hatch itching his nose. No glove never went then to wash hands! Had he made my sandwich? Did not enjoy it. Wanted to complain at customer services no one there.

A well presented, light and airy Waitrose with wide aisles and helpful staff. The car park is large and well laid out with a good number of disabled spaces and some electric car charging points. In the store is a large Community Room which is well used by many local community groups (Guide Dogs during our visit). The Cafe area is large and pleasant.

The site is so well thought out. It's no wonder all the middle earners love the place. Every aspect of one's visit, has been considered, and a luxurious low hassle, high satisfaction experience is had. It's by no means cheap, but; but it's mostly reasonable. A few things are insanely priced. The quality of the food and products is overall very good. Many of the ready meal solutions are about as good as you could possibly expect from anywhere. Almost instant food, that's healthy, but tasty and of restaurant quality (a decent place). Even the trolly sheds where you return your trolley after loading into your car boot; have had thought put into the locations and mean that no matter where you parked in those spacious well designed parking spots. . You will be barely 10 paces to the closest one. This Waitrose isn't just a shop. It's an experience! (that beautifully breaks up the humdrum of a working weekday). They even give the customers a serene, sheltered outdoor resting space with benches and tables, where one can sip a juice or latté, and munch down on a lunchtime treat...

Large Waitrose with small clothes and household section. Quality as good as usual and never too crowded. Pricey but I'm seldom disappointed by the quality. The usual assortment of reductions late in the day make it a bargain hunter's dream. I recommend the pickled herrings from the deli counter, not least because they are talking about removing them from sale if numbers don't pick up. That would make me very, very, very sad...

A brand new store in July 2016. Cafe, wine bar, community meeting room and the usual excellent Waitrose store. Customer service though gets it 5 stars from us. We have an electric car and while shopping, we charged up at one of the 4 charge points right by the car park entrance. When we came to leave, the charger would not "let go" of our charging cable. Aden, one of the store managers came to our rescue with a key and was really helpful. Car was quickly released and Aden was interested to hear how the charging systems worked and promised to rectify the programming on the chargers so a key was not needed in future. 10/10!

Fresh sushi made daily! This is my favorite part about this waitrose, they have a Daily Sushi stand. The sushi chefs there definitely know what they're doing and the sushi is delicious. Other than that, not a very wide selection of organic produce; was a little disappointed. Food here is a bit pricier than at other supermarkets, but the brands are fancier too. Very nice selection of fancy chocolates.

Love shopping in Waitrose, not one near where I live so always take the opportunity to shop when visiting places that have a Waitrose. Yesterday was in Worcester, very impressed with the range of items available, staff member on checkout was friendly. Not the best waitrose by far. Food is good there and its handy for my work place. However the treatment you receive from customer service when you ask for a coffee needs to improve. Some people are given cups without producing a mywaitrose card, others are not buying from the store.

Lovely store, spacious and bright. Bitter coffee served in cafe, not a patch on M&S coffee. Carrier bags (bags for life?) £1 each, yes, I did say £1 each and not even as big as M&S or Tesco . Bakery selection a bit disappointing. Very good kitchen/homeware department. All in all a lovely store, but a very bitter coffee experience.

Took my wife on an outing to the new Waitrose from the local hospital where she has been for the past 12 weeks.Absolutely loved it - could not have been better and so cool on a really hot day - a real tonic.She took back strawberries and grapes for staff and patients. Your strawberries really are the best. I took some home for myself and also fresh salmon which was really also superb after following the cooking tips from the helpful gentleman who served us. I was charged full price for three items I bought which should have been at a reduced price as shown on the items or as advertised on the shelf. Shouldn't have to check how much I have been charged. Do they assume that Waitrose customers are not concerned about how muck they spend?

You can have a glass of champagne half way around the store. You can literally use a trip to this shop as part of your status symbol. A quick look at the car park can help you segment the target audience, that bloke in range Rover is here for his weekly shop. The Nissan Micra is here to surf the yellow labels to get his tinder date a bang tidy pinger. Hats off, sick venue. 9/10 would double drop again.

Just wanted to say thank you to two ladies. one on fresh meat and one on the information desk,who helped me last Saturday at about 2pm. I wanted some demi glace but pronounced it as demi glaze so product could not be found. Let's be honest, I'm an aldi man! I'm not the kind of guy who needs to spend more than I did on my first car on a pre made lasagne , so the idea of going anywhere other than my usual low cost low quality supermarket seemed bonkers to me, but hey ho! It's valentine's Day after all. I was amazed, it's like a different world! I mean they have a fooking bar 😲. My girlfriend thought she'd died and gone to private school mum heaven, although we did feel a tad underdressed as neither of us were wearing tweed. Overall I found our first Waitrose experience rather refreshing, but don't think we'll return until either one of us sells a kidney or wins the lottery. Thanks for letting us feel superior and see how the other half live, if only for a moment..... Waitrose where all your dreams come true, so long as you have deep pockets.
