I don't buy much here - it's quite dear. They do, however have a long term 3 for 2 offer on their range of curry spice mixes and they really are special. Recommended.

A very nice shop, conveniently situated for most shoppers. There are always a very good selection of healthy and natural items mostly at good prices. The most important of all is that the staff are helpful, especially the gentleman (I guess the manager), who is knowledgeable and always willing to explain and give advice. The Loyalty Reward card is also a bonus.

An absolute treasure to come into Worthing. If you love health foods this is the place for you. If you love cooking, then you will love their endless choices of spices and herbs. I find myself coming here twice a week buying ingredients for cooking or an healthy alternative.
