Nice big shop, nice and clean. But the toilets, they'll not just toilets they are M&S toilets, dirty lots of litter on the floor, you can tell they haven't been cleaned all day. M&S you should be ashamed.

On my recent visit to Worthing, the staff in the food hall are amazing and very helpful especially the older ladies. Thank you so much. It would be nice to see a larger range of sandwiches/wraps/salads but nevertheless a good helpful food hall. Would definitely visit again and great that the food hall has exit and entrance doors right out onto the seafront saves walking round to the main entrance. Will definitely visit again. Well done to the older staff for the fantastic service.

Excellent food range and very innovative, unfortunately the space allocation for the Food section is totally inadequate. Constant stock shortages and empty shelves. Well past time to increase footage of Food on Ground floor. M&S Worthing occupies a unique position where else is the serious competition?

Staff usually nice. Had to exchange and return something and the lady was so helpful and nice. Pointed out I had picked up 3 for 2 items and I could get another free. Good range of goods for a smaller Marks. Cafe OK if not too busy and a view over the seafront.

Had excellent help and service from a lady in the men's department at the worthing branch recently. I think she said her name was Linda. She was extremely busy as they seemed very short staffed but she still managed to help me find what I wanted. Thank you Linda!

Window seats offer great beach views, cafe pleasant with good well mannered staff, great little food hall too. Hope M&S don't sell off this store as it's a nice place for meeting friends and family either over breakfast, lunch or afternoon tea. Rest of store good too, home, accessories and jewel very good. I love my local m&s it sells a bit of everything, women's and men's wear, shoes, kids clothes and school uniform, food, beauty, lingerie etc and yet is not too big a store either. The staff are always helpful too. Lovely cafe upstairs with fab views across the sea.

Went to the cafe there. Plenty of room to put the pushchair and use a high chair without feeling in the way. Lovely coffee. Although £4 for a sandwich seemed a bit expensive, especially as it was just like one sold in the food hall...in a packet with no side salad etc.

Always good. They have the best self service tills. Although still don't know why we all use them. M&S save money on having to have less check out staff, yet you get no discount benefit. Still better than Tesco any day.

Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful. Food Hall an absolute must for the elderly especially those living alone. Some of these people rely on the meals for one. This way they get good nutritious food without the bother of preparation. And, more importantly, keep them independent in their own homes.

Went in to buy clothes - lucky to find anything a) in my size and fit and b) that I actually wanted. M&S need to do a lot more research into who their aveage customers are and not assume that they are all slim fit younger men. Recently went to the cafe and found that they were now serving drinks in disposable cups with wooden cutlery. The supplied wooden 'knife' failed to cut a scone properly and I was left with a pile of crumbs on the plate. Really? Avoid and go to a local cafe that still upholds standards.

It was very good, not been in there for quite awhile. Managed to get a little present for a friend and when I paid for it was told I could have a free cucumber with my sparks card. Good PR as the lady on the till didn't need to tell me as I would've been none the wiser.

Excellent, high quality food. Some of the staff members in the Worthing branch are absolutely fantastic. If you are in town, just grab a meal deal from M&S, cross the traffic lights and you are on the beach, enjoying a high quality lunch with fantastic views.

They have a solid select of men's clothing. The staff are friendly and professional. I shop here as they have such wide variety of sizes and cuts to jeans and trousers. I've never not managed to find what I'm looking for which is rare nowadays.

Relatively well supplied store placed in Central Worthing on two levels. Except of traditional fashion for men, women and children (including school uniforms) you can also find food aisle on ground floor and spacious café on first floor (although it seems to be a little bit hidden from public)

today was overall a joyful experience. the staff were as always polite helpful and tres smiley!!!.today was the first day I ventured out since lock down began in march . I felt nervous and reluctant to visit my usual shops. I was initially upset that no clear guidelines were given about when it was safe to enter. I became alarmed that once though the door there were five people queuing to use sanitisation facilities. There was only one statipn and scant regard for safe distancing. I had my own hand sanitiser so felt safe to enter. (would have left otherwise). my experience was then positive and worries subsided until I reached the food hall !!. the only guidance was "please queue here. This is insuffient! ! no staff to guide customers so they mafe up the rules to suit themselved. I took it to mean one out then when out. no one else seemed to agree! ! this is the weakest point inthe worthing town centre store. it spoilt my sense of safety and confidence to return. I love shopping in m&s but need to know this issue is mote safely managed befote I return.

Marks and spencers has always been a shop with good standards throughout. This store is no exception to that ethos. Great selection of clothes for all ages, all sizes and all tastes. The shop has some really great quality goods at fair prices. After All, you get what you pay for in this day and age. If you get chance I would always recommend the cafe in this particular store due to a great view of the sea and like all other marks and spencers I've been to, the quality of the food is bang on. Only lost the one star due to the layout not being as clearly marked as it could be and the condiments trolley In the cafe seemed to be hidden away. Will of course visit again. No worries

My wife and I had jacket potatoes and tea in the restaurant. After our order the potatoes still had not arrived after 20 minutes. I went up to remind them and they came shortly after that with an offer of a free refill for the tea. The potatoes were very tasty!

Love Mark's food hall always lots of different things to buy that I haven't seen in other shops for instance the Wasabi peas in the snack section can't get enough of these. Go down lovely with their bottle of port and lemonade. Gorgeous lemon shortbread dipped in white chocolate.

All the usual M & S fare. Must say this has become my favourite place in Worthing for coffee and tea, especially since Waitrose changed their cafe rules. M & S cafe has a few seats with good sea views which is a great bonus. The coffee is really nice, hot and iced, plus a very good range of cakes and lovely food from soup with a roll (choice of four flavours) , up to more substantial meals. I would definitely recommend above other department store cafes.

Went to get uniforms. My grandson doesn't wear "normal sizing" I was helped by a lovely staff member who took her time with my shy grandson. She measured and fitted him out. He is now ready for school. It wasn't expensive either,I usually shy away from this shop thinking its pricey, but I got 2 pairs of "adult size trousers" for £18. Impressed by price,quality and personal service. Full Mark's 😀

Two floors of clothing for every taste and needs. Nice cafe with a lovely veiw of Worthing pier and the seaside. Staff as always professional and friendly to help. I found this store confusing to navigate and untidy. The sale items were all over the place and not in any order so I gave up looking. We had recently visited the store in Chichester and it was far better organised. The cafe was a disaster - tables covered customers left over meals and nobody seemed to be clearing them. A couple being served before us ordered a soup which they didn't have and her husband ordered a jacket potato and they were out of jacket potatoes!!! The cake table was untidy with several empty plates so not a lot of cakes to choose from. In the end we had been queueing for so long we just ordered a pot of tea, drank up and then went somewhere else for lunch !!! Not up to M&S at all !!!

I like Marks and Spencer's and have always shopped there. Today was my first visit to the men's department after the lockdown. I have to say I was very disappointed there's a very poor selection of clothing and a very poor selection of shoes. I do hope Marks and Spencer's bucks up their ideas
