Parts of the store look as if its been ransacked! Especially at the back area of the store. But the bakery is amazing and sell absolutely delicious cakes and breads etc. I visit just for that part.

I shop in Morrisons daily and I'm mostly happy with price Vs quality and service. However recently I realized that their fresh vegetable aisle has most veg defrosting on the shelf. That's not alright because I'd like to freeze my fresh veg at home myself sometimes and generally it's not recommended to refreeze once thawed food.. Today I bought a cucumber that's got frost bites all over.. it won't last a day and don't taste the same

So, I'm not a regular customer but decided to give this one a go. Nice fruit and vegetable section as well as well stocked on freshly baked bread - this is for me! I also decided to go for a rib eye steak which turned out to be sensational (if not more). I didn't expect beef at that price to be that high quality and typically only review stuff that I feel deserve to be praised, and this is one of them. 10/10.

I like morrisons as it has different sections for meat, pizza, salads, fish! A great cafe, very cheap! Good bargains and great parking, click and collect area, most staff are happy to help and all round the best supermarket

Friendly staff, shelves were looking a little bare in places, donation bags for the local food bank available as you come in the door to purchase at the till. Short queues and cheerful till operator. Manned tills have been removed to make way for Amazon Prime orders and there are customer entrances to allow entry and to stop exiting unless you leave by the till. Didn't use the coffee shop this time.

Best shop for Trolley Olympics, basically the backbone of this part of town (the urban planners built the road and house layout around this morrinsons) Occasionally a guy does donuts in the car park so +1 star for free entertainment. Always good prices on everything.

Not my normal large shop to visit, was very busy and lots of pallets of stock on the shop floor. Fair enough if they have to quickly stock up empty shelves but so e were awkward to move around. Got to the check out and the cashier got up and said was off to the toilet, fair enough again, but was left standing there not knowing how long he would be. I assumed someone would have covered his till when he left. People were disregarding the mask rule, and although I witnessed the security guard quiz a couple, they were then let in without what I thought a good reason. However, that's probably not worth the fight for the security guard to enforce the rule.

Excellent fruit and veg, and as leaders of trying to get rid of excess packaging, it was great to see so many vegetables able to be bought individually without being prepackaged in plastic, etc. Well done Morrisons! One can even buy eggs individually. The meat and fish counters are second to none, as is the range of prepackaged meats. The dairy section is a little thin on the grounds, especially if wanting non-homogenised milk. Everything good, except the checkouts, where as usual, the staff friendliness is left slightly wanting, and due to the covid screens, is all a bit awkward when it comes to packing your bags. But the fruit, veg and meat counters make up for this slight shortcoming.

Huge store, great selection and cheap. Probably the best supermarket for routine shopping if you are... 1. Not able to drive... 2.Nor prepared to wait patiently in line behind 10 other family's (each with trollies filled to the brim) when all you wanted was a handful of items because there's a sensibly sized self checkout section here too! Unlike some other stores I could mention *cough* LIDL *cough* 3. Nor minted enough for Waitrose or the likes... Just buy a Waitrose reusable bag and stick your shopping in it just before you leave Morrison's (to keep up appearances, naturally ) An M&S bag would achieve a similar effect. 4. Nor fond of being accosted by overly-eager floor staff. Basic politeness and decency is enough for me: basically, if I ask where the quinoa is I don't want to be spat on or something, but I don't want some poor chap or girl bending over backwards for me with fake smiles plastered across their faces, all because their employer insists the public demand 'good customer service'- to hell with that. Where's the spirit of revolution and worker solidarity around here? Well, if you're anything like me you're in luck! They're all miserable here and don't give a single #à%!. And frankly it's a breath of fresh air. There are countless places in Worthing that need to take notes... I just want to shop in peace, now sod off. 5 stars for me my fellow Worthing darlings ❣️💘💝💗💅🙏

I have given 5 stars purely for the service that Kerry gave today. Sat 4th September. Morrisons have put a great promotion on for half price breakfasts which is great. However they failed to have enough staff to deal with the extra demand. There were dirty tables, chilled juice empty, 50 mins for breakfast to be brought out and the cafe ending up being closed as they were unable to keep up. Felt really sorry for the team who were trying their utmost to keep up but they were fighting a losing battle. They kept smiling and giving great service throughout and had a fair few awkward customers. The management let their team down not giving support. This was our 5th time visiting after doing the Worthing Park Run, as the Vegan breakfast is really good and a nice treat. Hopefully it is better next Saturday when we visit.

My only criticism of this store is that you need to check the sell by dates every time, on everything. I have sometimes accidentally brought things home that have already expired or its the last day, but it's not been reduced. Apart from that I can usually get everything I need. Shame though, for stopping loyalty points. I used to save the £5 vouchers for Christmas food shop

This store has a wide variety of items and a good and easy to follow floor layout with well marked signs above each aisle saying what's there. They have a very spacious car park with electric car charging points and disabled parking bays, as well as a drop off point right outside the entrance. (The drop off point is currently out of action due to COVID-19)* However, there are a few cashiers that often chat with customers while scanning their items very slowly due to this. If you are in a rush I wouldn't recommend this store due to what I mentioned above, but if you aren't in a rush this store is a good pick. *Out of action as of 8th September, 2020

I've always liked the range in Morrisons and as a general rule I find everything on my shopping list here. However, a couple of supervising staff members on the checkouts really let this store down. There are too frequently not enough people on the tills and queuing down the isles, like you'd only expect at Christmas. The till supervisors are disorganised, loud, and sneer at customers amd colleagues alike. Checkout assistants are generally polite and do the best they can with terrible managers. I hope an area manager sees this and takes action.

I have visited this Morrison’s in Worthing before and I like how it’s really close to Worthing station so even if you want to take a pit stop after a train journey then this is one of the supermarkets you can go to so you can eat and drink. And if you are from other parts then you should visit the Continental Food section if you want a quick reminder of home. The store has 2 ATMs at the entrance, both with free withdrawal.

Stopped in on a day out and decided to get something to eat, Now I don't often write reviews but was compelled to after the level of service I received. I eat out at restaurants ALOT and was surprised to find the best service I've had in a long time in a supermarket cafe. The waitress was wasted in such an establishment and should be working in a high end restaurant. The food was also of a restaurant quality. Totally shocked to receive such great food.

This used to be a Great supermarket but the shelves are constantly empty, the babe dates are extra short & there never seems to be a friendly member of staff or a Manager present to ask about product. Quite often I shop later in the day and even first thing when they open & it's still the same state as it always is- under par all the time. Morrisons get it sorted!!!

Usually pretty clean and tidy and most staff are pleasant. Often under stocked on common and well-known brands of everyday items. The freezers are notoriously useless, repeatedly breaking down, and the produce within is usually battered and bruised to within an inch of its life as though it has been used for sport behind the scenes. There's a pretty good selection of homeware goods, seasonal gifts, a small toy section, magazines, cards and giftwrap. The fresh section is well stocked, though hit the bakery early if you want anything specific! Freshly made pizzas, salad items, fresh fish, meat and baked goods as mentioned. If I were an in-store weekly shopper, I wouldn't choose this branch of Morrisons as half the stuff I need regularly is hard to get unless you go back a few times during the week. For the odd few bits, it's great - maybe even for a mid-week top up, and it's really handy for forgotten birthday cards and wrapping paper. Fortunately, I shop online for my main shop, but living close by to this store is handy at times. It comes down to how, why and what you need from a supermarket.

I use this supermarket regularly, not out of any brand loyalty, but because it is the closest to me. Its fine and has a good range of products. The only negatives are that, like most supermarkets, there is a lot of plastic packaging. Often the price of fruit and veg wrapped in plastic and with plastic containers is less than the loose produce. This doesn't really present an incentive to buy products with less plastic for people on a budget. Morrisons could do more to promote environmental responsibility and have less plastic packaging waste.

So from time to time we visit the nearest store to get what we need. They are cheaper then some of the shops around.

Best shop cafe ever. Amazing friendly staff. Always very clean. Go in early for a coffee and the day starts well staff so happy and chirpy. Kaz is particularly good and always goes that extra mile. Foods always good and fresh and they are brilliant for kids too. Can't recommend them enough.

Being a single mum I live on a budget and like the Wonky veg produce. Imperfect fruit/veg for half the price. Staff usually available and helpful. Good choice of brands/products. Find the store a little cramped in some areas. Has cafe, cheap grub but you get what you pay for!! Meat reasonably priced too, but again not the best you can get in my opinion. Shame doesn't do online deliveries. I use different super markets depending on what i am buying. All have pluses and minuses. Morrison's is a good all rounder and good if on a budget too.

I am disabled and I ALWAYS choose to shop at Morrisons. The staff, always plentiful and polite in my experience, are so helpful, I am always being asked if I need assistance and, on occasion that I am doing a larger shop than normal, a member of staff has been allocated to push the trolley for me. I find with Morrisons that their prices are low and the quality of the food is good which has always made shopping there more cost effective. Now that they have instituted the Match & More card I am confident that none of the other supermarkets are undercutting them. Finally I find that the standard of cleanliness is much higher than the other supermarkets in the town and they leave room in their aisles for customers to be able to get around. Well done Morrisons :)

One Morrisons is much like another, that's not really their fault, it's their business model, they've recently rearranged everything, so now I have trouble finding anything. My main issue, from a personal perspective, is that, in common with most large stores, the vegetarian range is annoyingly tiny and they don't seem to sell their (surprisingly good) £3 in ear earphones. Staff at Morrisons, however, are exemplary, helpful and polite.

Excellent store with lots to offer. Could they incorporate the 'Recycling in Lancing' Terracycle scheme to increase the people's awareness of recycling items you can't put in the blue kerbside bin. This would be great for the main central Worthing community. A couple work very hard in the Broadwater, Lancing and Shoreham area to help with this sustainable movement. Could more volunteers help this area of Worthing? Also a lot of people don't know that you ran recycle any plastic bag packaging there including: fruit and veg bags, bread bags, toilet roll bags, plastic delivery bags containing clothes etc. These can be put in the plastic bag container inside the store when you go in. Recycle your milk bottle tops, plus any tops of the same size and shape and tops with a resin code of 2 and 4 (3 arrowed triangle) too with Topak Care Supplies Ltd. They raise money for Chestnut Tree House, a hospice for children with progressive life - shortening conditions.
