d. h.Wheelchair Access is great but there has been a change to the flooring since I was there last, in a wheelchair feels like mini speed humps are at the end of every aisle at the counter ends not till end. While most won't notice these can I say people with spinal pain feel every one. other than that nice store
G. B. E.There was an abundance of unstocked shelves where popular brands of various foods were missing. For someone who has shopped at the new store since it opened and the previous store for at least 10 before that, and used the various pandemic services to their utmost flexibility, I wonder if its time to look elsewhere for the staples of life?
At over 4 and a half score years I wonder if it's worth it..............although the choice is most tempting.
k. m.amazing service, the asda was a thing you could only imagine in your dreams the wide range of food and day to day objects are unbelievable i recommend this asda for only the highest of social classes as this made my day walking through this supermarket

J. R.I have shopped here for years and always found it very good, food was good and not very expensive. However recently I have found the quality of food to be very poor, and also a lot of stuff has not been in available. We are that disappointed that we are looking at shopping elsewhere. With regards to the clothes section, I used to get all my clothes from here but they have now started to stock a different brand of clothes and they are much more expensive than previously and the quality isn't any different really. I am now having to look for other places to buy my clothes now as well. Very disappointing Asda!

M. C.Enjoyed our shop until we got to the till. Went Saturday 24th July about 12.30pm. The customer in front was pushing a wheelchair and struggling to pack and push the wheelchair. The supervisor said to him, take your trolly back, he had left it by the till out the way. He said I'm struggling. The supervisor said "you pushed it round the store so push it back out". As a customer in the same situation it left a bad feeling all round.

L. J.Regularly shop here and it's a great store. Plenty of space, good choice of products and a good price. Not over keen on some of the meat they sell, steaks for exams, I think you can get better elsewhere. Great car park, plenty of room. They also do click and collect for o line shopping

P. W.Good car park with plenty of room. Well laid out aisles in the store. Handy fuel station by car park entrance. However, fairly small forecourt could make waiting a problem at peak times. Also, slightly concealed exit could make peak time leaving from forecourt hazardous.
T. D.The girls on the tills were so very helpful to my Mother and I today, nothing was too much trouble to check the stock for a coat at their branch and others. Thanks again ladies keep up your excellent service

M. L.All in one level. Plenty of staff to assist. Nice little onsite cafe. Plenty of shopping mobility aides if required. Click and collect can be done at front of store or to the side. Nice layout inside. Toilets are cleaned regularly here.

T. B.Good selection of products, but theven inside is looking a bit tired. OverAll a good shop though. Watch out for the new speed ramps in the car park, very harsh. They could of made it safer by getting rid of the bushs that block you from seeing the zebra crossing properly.

d. p.Very large store with two floors, toilets and disabled access also has large cafe, also sell electrical TV's etc, nice food, varied choices, quick service, value for money, family friendly, nice break from shopping, meeting friends for a cuppa, right in the middle of Wrexham. Walking distance to Tesco extra and eagles meadow and also has 24hr petrol station and automatic car wash and handwashing in daytime.
S. M.This is not a bad place to shop but since the lockdown they have taken off all the offers so it cost u more at the moment but otherwise it is not bad to shop and there is toilet there aswell and a cafe but its not open at the moment but its easy to find things aswell
J. H.A good store well set out with something for every body, from clothes to food to cards to toys to cafe!! Good parking facilities with disable parking and petrol station.
D. H.We like shopping here. Doesn't have everything some of the larger stores (such as Queensferry) have, but good for food shopping. Avoid outside normal hours as you have to use their awful self scan tills
m. l.Nice big store with nice big isles so it doesnt feel claustrophobic. Has some George clothes and a big food section. Good place to do the weekly shop.
J. M.Don’t usually shop in Asda but popped in for one of their special offers. The store’s environment doesn’t compare well to Tesco or Morrisons. Didn’t see anything to tempt me to go more often.
W. O.Just done a small shop at asda. As seems to be increasingly common - following the payment at the till, I had to go to the service desk and claim some overcharges back. If I had not checked the till receipt closely I would have been overcharged £1.90 on a £13.89 shop. Come on Asda - must try harder.
J. P.Not as big or as good as Tesco. The selection of electrical items is quite poor and generally over-priced. The food is very good though.
