Fully stocked shop with lots of offers on store looked great, staff all welcoming and friendly, mandy on the till was lovely and had free home delivery for today so I didn't have to try carry it all on the bus. Highly recommend definitely will be back next week

Frozen food store, a good selection and generally competitively priced (rivals may have better offers from time to time but Iceland is more consistent). Convenient location with free parking. It's an older style store though, with a terrible layout and queues from tills block the aisles at busy times, but even when it's quiet there's so much promotional stock everywhere it's difficult to get around and looks untidy.

Normally Iceland is quite a good place to shop but today and the past few weeks it's been a lot more busy. That's all well and good but the fact they do not have essentials like milk, eggs and much more issential foods is quite annoying, however it's not just Iceland who are having this issue at them moment. After saying all this I am always impressed about how affordable it is and the staff always are there to help.

Gwersyllt staff are always friendly nothing is too much for them. The only let down is the number of tills as due to the popularity of the store it is always busy. If they could extend it that would be brilliant. I wouldn't go to Iceland anywhere else.
