Went on Saturday 18th March, my family really like the Harry Ramsdens range ,no chips in the freezer so I asked an employee called Sean was there any..he said no but I will check for you , I carried on with my shopping, thinking no chips so will get some others, then Sean came looking for me with them..so I got 2 bags to stock up..because I know they soon sell..very happy grandchildren, coming for tea..well done Sean.. that was really good customer service.

Good location. Plenty of parking. Over £15 spent in store can claim 2hrs free parking. Staff are helpful, but for some reason every time I have been there no more than 2 tills were open out of 4 tills. Then you can see Lidl style high speed scanning. Wasn't happy with that.

This is a suppressing store to find in a town centre. It's a fair size, but feels spacious when walking around. The store is geared up for bulk purchase, but still has single items a competitive prices. Keep your eyes out in store are they do have some great offeres. Warning - All the car parks are Pay-N-Display and you will get a fine if you don't pay. Top Tip - If you come by car, park around the back of the store and you can get the cost of parking back in store. Top Tip 2 - If you buy to much to carry home, the store will deliver it for you for free. Just pick your time and a man-in-a-van will bring it to your door.

Fairly big and clean looking store with usual offerings for Iceland. But like Farmfoods, they never seem to have enough staff on the tills requiring a long wait to be served nearly every time. Plus parking is costly at £1.30 minimum for an hour... Puts me off going there when I can just get free parking at other supermarkets close by.

Have some good bargains here but you have to put it in trolley the take out to pay then put back into trolley to bag elsewhere. This makes it difficult for some disabled people like myself to manage it. Staff not very helpful and would rather watch you struggle

Love Iceland for a fill the freezer shop and good if you're on a budget but this is a big shop, don't like the layout and the parking isn't free and is limited as it's part of a larger retail park with adsa living, Wilko's, Argos, Costa etc. If I had a choice I'd go to a different Iceland.
