Although previous reviews have called the store small I feel it has everything you might need, everything from toilet roll to bananas. Please note the prices are slightly higher than some supermarkets, especially when it comes to fresh meat. Nice selection of beers, some of which are refrigerated. Plenty of space outside the store to park. Staff are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to "Luciana" who was very knowledgeable with regards to the coop card, excellent customer service.

Plenty of choice ....staff especially the guy on the till ...always polite ...I know it isn't a fair comparison but the Napolina grated Italian 50g cheese ...is £2:49....at the CO OP....it is 69p at BandM....(just saying )

I was able to walk round without been crowded by other customers. Good selection even though this is not a large store

This particular branch is fairly well stocked although in my opinion there is room for improvement as it doesn't have as much choice as other nearby branches. But what really let's this store down is its level of checkout service. Whereby customers frequently find themselves in long queues waiting to clear the checkout. If ever a store needed self-service checkout, this is the one.

This store is quite small and enclosed it's also not the cleanest. The staff are okay apart from one who is always grumpy and doesn't have customer service at the top of her list. There's always plenty of reduced items which is good but they don't reduce it by much so some of the stuff is rather expensive (to say that it's reduced)

They had what we needed when Sainsbury's was closed. Found some out of date cake on two occasions in the past two weeks. A toothpaste product did not have the advertised discount on the price database today. Generally quite good though but some way to go to match the local rival be (Sainsbury's).

Needs a couple of self-checkout machines, but otherwise a decent sized, well stocked store that opens earlier than Sainsbury's in Haxby. Better bakery and beer selection than Sainsbury's too.

Great customer service, although they do need to invest in more staff or give the current part time staff more contacted hours. Or put a couple of self-serve stations in. Callum, the trainee supervisor is an asset to the them.
