Not cheep, but open until late at night, and open on weekends. It has most of the general products we need in daily life. Nice to have one convenient supermarket around the university.

I’m a local driving instructor so pop into the Co-op shop on Hull Road several times a week. Usually to shop, sometimes to pick up students there and sometimes to use the loo. The recent improvements to the car park, white bay markings and pedestrian crossings are excellent making it a safe place to shop. The shop itself is always clean and tidy, the staff are always friendly and helpful and a good selection of food and other items such as flowers, take away coffees, lottery tickets etc are easy to find and purchase. All at a reasonable price. I have a Co-op Member card, which cost me £1 some years ago and regularly receive additional discounts through the membership. Today I bought some items, milk, bread and some sweets and used the loo. The usual 100% satisfaction was experienced and I must say the loo was spotless. Well stocked with paper towels, soap etc and I have no hesitation in awarding five stars!

Amazing. Great choices. And the quality of the cooked meats I bought. We're fantastic quality. Really impressed with the standard of food .freshness, and prices. Lovely staff member who served me also .would recommend if you can pop in and see the huge range of products 👌.

Nipped in. Looking for newspaper and two sticky buns to go with our cuppa when we got home. Spotless. Well stocked. Plenty of choice. Bought strawberries too because they looked nice and smelled mouthwateringly delicious! (And they were!) Pleasant staff. Will call in there again sometime.

Such lovely staff - we ordered through deliveroo and the driver didn't deliver all of the items from Coop Hull Road.. so we were a bit disappointed. However once a member of staff/ the manager had realised we were missing these items, she personally drove down and dropped off the items to our flat. Made our day, so kind, thank you!

All fine with this visit at Coop, Hull Road. A medium sized store well laid out and plenty of stock. I had come to pay for the TV licence on the PayPal machine. Quick and easy and helpful staff. Will be back.

The staff there is very friendly and if you need help you just have to ask. There aren't many of them, but if you need the till go ask them to come. Unless you are cooking with exotic ingredients, you should be able to find enough options for your meals. It's within a good distance from other local shops, so it works alright for us in the area. Get the coop card, it's well worth it if you shop there a lot.

A large selection of goods for a Co-op location. You can easily do a full shop here - cleaning and sanitary products are available. Only downside is that the staff are rather uncooperative.

Lovely new refurbished look. New self service machines make shopping seamless and the selection has improved quite a bit. Coop is still about as expensive as spar and you can get some really good deals if you go in the evening when they have reduced the food that is going out of date.

This is a well sited local supermarket with a vast range of goods on offer,not like your larger supermarkets but most certainly well worth a visit if your local or passing in your car(have their own car park)....give them a try oh and ALL THE staff I've had the pleasure of dealing with are friendly and helpful ...recommended

This Co-op has more organic fruit and vegetables now, but it's not consistent. There's a lot of low quality junk food which doesn't match up with the ethical standards the Co-op claims it has. Mostly friendly staff, some especially friendly and that's always appreciated.

Close to the University, as well as being close to University halls and housing. Full to the brim with all the essentials needed for University living; discount beer, food and washing up liquid. I would recommend you get a Co-Op card if you shop there often!
