K. B.Ok so we know Waitrose is a little expensive at times, but the services was first class today. I couldn’t find a couple of items and the partner who helped me was very helpful. It was, I think Beth, who also then served me at the till and she continued to be super helpful! Well done! First class customer service.

N. C.Good selection of what you expect in a premium supermarket, however the self service checkout was a struggle as I didn't bring a bag as only had a few items, but it kept needing staff to intervene to clarify this to the scanning device, so spent rather a while getting my items.

J. B.Small car park. Medium sized building. Good selection of products, food and home ware. Offers throughout the store. Prices can be on the high side. The visit was marred by an incorrectly priced item, a large red label covered the original price which made it appear cheaper than it actually was. Shop carefully.
