The kind of tailor you know is on your side - from initial consultations through final fittings, Dav was very knowledgeable, patient and willing to answer all kinds of questions (pushing back on and suggesting other things/ideas where necessary, which is what you want someone there for!) which made for an all-round great experience. I genuinely can’t speak higher of Dav and Acre and Row. From start to finish it was the single best service I have ever received in any situation ever. Dav is simply charming and so detail orientated, skilled and caring. He got ever detail spot on and the consideration was superb. I had a three piece suit made for my wedding but subsequently had another another jacket kade and also had the waistcoats for all 7 of my groomsmen made too. The quality is out of this world and the fit was perfect. Each individually tailored to the enth degree. None of us have ever looked as good. I required a bespoke formal shirt to be made for me to wear with my suits for special occasions, ostensibly weddings and funerals. Dav booked me in for a fitting at his bedford shop in Mill yard/court. This was a one to one exclusive appointment during which Dav explained all of the options from material to style and gave me sage advice on what was best for me once I had explained my requirements. He had samples of all the different materials and styles to show me in the shop. I was very impressed with Dav’s knowledge and obvious passion for his work. Three weeks later I returned to try on my new shirt and was very pleased with the result. The service has a high class and exclusive feel to it and I highly recommend it to the discerning gentlemen. I doubt there is anywhere like this outside of Saville Row in London.

!!! The Best !!! I can’t recommend Acre and Row enough. I got in contact with Dav for my Mtm wedding tux, brothers and fathers suit. The service end to end was amazing! I caught covid between my first and second fitting, losing nearly 10kg… which should have resulted in a new suit all together however Dav arranged a final fitting days before the wedding to adjust for the weight gain post covid. I used Acre & Row for a fully tailored suit. A&R were professional from the go, they arrived with a huge array of materials and accessories to choose from. At no point was I rushed or pushed down a certain route. Only when asked A&R provided me with feedback and guidance. This doesn’t mean they’ll allow you to pick a selection which doesn’t work but more on the allowance of expression for each client. I couldn’t recommend high enough. What can I say about Acre and row… well it’s true a business is as good as the owner and Dav really gives service like no other, he gets to know his clients and advises them on what will and won’t look good but at the same time ensuring that there needs are listened to and incoperating them into the final design of your suits. Best suit I've ever had and lovely cloth range from Dugdale Bros. 80% of the suits were perfectly fitted when first tried on and remaining minor amendments were quickly turned around. I recently purchased a pair of the 'made 4 order' trousers in the oatmeal flannel. The video consulation was new to me, but Dav really understood what I was after in terms of style and guiding me through taking the required 4 measurements. I tend to struggle finding a quality pair of trousers that aren't too expensive yet still have a customised fit, but these have come out wonderfully. The trousers were posted to me within 4 weeks and the fit and the fabric quality is excellent.
