I was very nervous about my dress. Hazel put me at ease. I would highly recommend and will definitely use in the future for any alterations.

The lockdown began three weeks after I handed my dress into her and she took great care of my dress and was very informative about when the right time wae and how she could accommodate an appointment in the store with her. I am absolutely delighted with all of her hard work, she is such a friendly person and very helpful. She makes the whole experience feel so comfortable and is very accommodating to your needs and wants for alterations. I definitely give her 5/5 stars! Thank you Hazel, you are a star!😊

M. V.HAZEL IS AN ABSOLUTE LIFESAVER. I brought my dress over from Australia and only tried it on 2 days before the wedding and realised that my stick on bra was totally obvious! Hazel helped me not only sew on a hook (after it broke) but also said she was bale to sew the cups into the lining of the dress for me - and do it with overnight service!! It was perfect workmanship and incredible service -something that I imagine other tailors might charge through the roof for!! Thanks so much!!

J. M.They were able to perform a miracle on my oversized trousers, reducing them down from a 36" waist to a 30". I went in having no trust that they would be able to make it work, I gave them £20 and left the store knowing it was a gamble, at best they would be able to reduce by 3".
To my surprise, I was proven wrong.
When I first got them, I didn't believe they were actually altered at all, by the look of them they seemed unchanged. I immediately jumped to the conclusion that I was duped. It wasn't until I tried them on, did I know that I wasn't duped, it was just a job done by a professional.
If I ever need clothes altered again in the future, I know where I'll be going.
