Bernie had been making things shorter, longer, smaller, bigger for me for years and always had excellent service. She made my bridesmaid dresses and did full alterations to my wedding dress and was so pleased with them all. Couldn’t recommend her enough!

My daughter has had her holy communion dress made from scratch by Bernie this week.She told Bernie what she wanted and it much better than could be expected.We have had many dresses made by her and she is lovely she goes out of the way for people all the time and my kids love her.She is so welcoming to everyone that goes and in I couldn’t of got better dresses or outfits from anywhere else. I would never go anywhere else she is excellent the children and I would recommend her fully.

What can I say. . If it wasn't for this shop I would of cancelled my wedding. I rang on the off chance with a week to go and struggling with my dress. Bernie booked me an appointment and got me sorted straight away. Can't thank you enough. So helpful and calm. Highly recommended. Weather your after an outfit or alteration I would defiantly go here first.

The most helpful people you could find. Best to book in your alterations as Bernie is so busy, but they are turned round fairly quickly and excellently done. She's done everything from seeing down leather lapels on a jacket to shortening trousers and sleeves and taking in a top. Excellent

Bernie did a last minute take - up of my wedding dress after another seamstress had done a sub-standard job. The hemline was perfect and I'm so grateful to her for fitting me in just a week before the wedding!
