Very helpful on the phone as potentially needed a suit to be altered within a week luckily it wasn't required. They would have been able to do this for me. Definitely recommend if you need a good quality suit which will last for years, service is always second to none. Clothes aren't cheap, best to buy in the sales however quality is amazing.

Bought my Gieves and Hawkes suit in Chester a few months ago for a wedding. With 10 days to go before the wedding I decided the leg length I'd agreed to in Chester was shorter than I actually feel comfortable with. Not wanting to drive 160 miles to Chester and back I went to the Birmingham store and asked if they could possibly help. Not only did they agree to carry out the alterations, the job was done in less than two hours and they wouldn't take any payment for it! This is great customer service and I'll buy from there again.
