I have now, almost one year(!) later received my trousers. They are of verry good quality. I would give five stars if the communication was better. If it stated, that it can take up to a year I would have been content. And even if I was told this later on in correspondence this would have been fine as well. Never have I gotten an email.
Now, if you purchase for a specific event, I don't recommend ordering. If you bring alot of time however it is worth the wait.
(old review (one star): I am convinced, that the products are of high quality. The customer service however is absolutely abysmal. I ordered a pair of trousers early last year. I paid via PayPal. I later contacted them and asked for an additional waistcoat. No response.
I didn't have the emediate need for the trousers so I waited. The product has still not arrived.
I decided on commenting this publicly in hopes of an answer. Also if still possible I would like to change my order.)

For Historical Clothing reproductions, this company is absolutely the best. One of a few existing at all. Here, I found absolutely the best service available. Only downside of this company is that they are usually quite busy and rarely have time to reply to emails. The use of natural fabrics and authentic period cuts in the clothing are again something very rare these days.

(This review has been edited during and after the process of communicating with the company.)
Ordered two waistcoats very soon before Christmas. When I needed to change the shipping address, I sent three emails before finally being acknowledged; as they claimed, Christmas traffic was bogging them up.
Since then I've contacted them another time, trying to cancel the order since I felt I ahd waited too long for it to show up at my door; this time Sutlers needed less than 24 hours to receive a reply. So they were right on that count at least, and cannot be faulted for busy work weeks during the holidays.
Still, the product took far too long to arrive. They state waistcoats need 10 to 12 weeks, and these arrived about 17 weeks after ordering.
At least the product was worth the wait, though! They're thick, they fit, and the colors ("colours," Britons?) are splendid. These will quickly become my favorite waistcoats, I think.
Basically if you want to order from them, order EXTREMELY early or the package will likely arrive late. This is their single flaw, but it is a significant one.

Waistcoat and Napoleonic shirt arrived a couple of days ago. Even better than I expected in workmanship and materials, and the fit is splendid. Yes, a bit of a wait, but it won't put me off re-ordering, and Nancy was very prompt in responding to messages.
