Over the last four years we have had several pairs of trousers shortened, sleeves adjusted on jackets and repairs to the back vents on a gentleman’s blazer undertaken by The House of Stitch. All adjustments faultless, completed promptly at a reasonable rate.The last piece was a new dress taken in for refitting and collected last Saturday. It now looks like a made-to-measure dress! Absolutely fantastic! Lovely people who are very skilled and take the time to do a super job. So happy to recommend them.

Great little place, skilled staff and always happy with the result. Normally I hand in standard items for alterations, trousers that are too long etc but this week I had a special request for a special design. It has great sentimental value to me and the team at House of Stitch listened carefully to what I wanted and managed to create exactly what I after. Now something that has been in the family for 10 and 35 years will live on, thank you 😊 highly recommend

I took a leather jacket here for repair of a ripped underarm seam. The rip was pretty big so I didn't expect much, but House of Stitch did an amazing job, and I can't even tell which seam had been ripped. Excellent service, and very reasonable price.
